He knows what is hunger than anyone else in the ruling bjp party and in opposition parties. He doesnot intent to feed the poor with fresh fish fries to stop poor hunger. Instead he wish to make sure poor are able to fish in a pond or lake or sea or river to feed enough for one’s hunger. It is like growth of modiji: slow , but steady.
