Fantastic tutorial, thanks for describing the process, drawing up the diagram and calling out bolt sizes. Lifesaver 🙏

I need your help PLEEEAAASSSEEE! I removed my old serpentine belt and I can't get the new one on. I am not able to put the car on a lift so I am working from the top down. I released the tension as much as I can and it still isn't enough to install the new serpentine belt on. What am I doing wrong? I verified the new belt is the correct size (compared the old to new). I verified the belt is installed according to the belt diagram but seems that no matter what I do, the new belt does not go on. Any help would be extremely appreciated.

Thank you for responding so quickly. Yes, I have checked the tension release several times and even used a beefier ratchet. Also got a pipe to give me more torque and still unable to get enough clearance@@YOUCANIC By the way, your video is spot on and the best I've been able to find on how to change the serpentine belt. Great job!!!
