* 1 cups All Purpose Flour / Maida
* 3/4 cup Sugar
* 120 grams Soft Unsalted Butter
* 2 Large Eggs
* 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
* 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
* ½ tsp Salt
* 1/2 tsp Dry Ginger Powder / Chukku Podi
* 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder / Pattai Podi
* 1/4 tsp Cloves Powder / Krambu Podi
* 1/4 tsp Nutmeg Powder
* 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder / Yelakai Podi
* 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
* For Caramel:
* 1/4 cup Sugar
* 1/4 cup Water
* 3 cups Dried Fruits
* 1/2 cup Rum or Red Wine or Orange Juice
Bake at 180 degree C for 45 mins to 1 hour
