And, about mental health issues, I personally think it's getting worse with the advancement of technology. We are more into the virtual world than being socially present. We have hundreds and thousands of internet friends, but sometimes not a single friend in reality.
I also feel, we all have had suicidal thoughts at some point of time in our lives. The key is to never give up. To take it; "One day at a time". 😊
