What lovely couples. They were open to seeing different things and able to work out their needs and wants. So glad they were both successful AND they said thank you! I hope they live happily ever after and a dog got their furever home - a follow up would be the icing on the cake!
One of the best episodes I have seen in ages.. Lovely, happy couples who were a joy to watch.. Kirsty and Phil in top form, as always! Very uplifting.. So happy for everyone.. 👏🥂
I would have picked the last house for the older couple. Much more manageable for them, and beautiful. The one they chose was way too big. They were dazzled by it. All I could see were how many rooms needed cleaning, and the pristine yard to upkeep. It was a terrific episode, both couples were lovely and Kirstie and Phil were their usual kind, wonderful selves. Thank you! Keep 'em coming!
Agree! As someone other chronic health issues myself, all I could see was the amount of upkeep! But then again, I guess if you can afford £800K you can probably afford a cleaner lol.
What a great episode. Both couples were in great and I couldn’t be happier to see both end up getting the places they wanted. Phil, I knew he would work his bit and made it work!
I live in Ohio and have watched all the past episodes! I am so happy to see a new episode 😊 Kirsty, you are absolutely beautiful and I love your personality 😍 Very straight forward! My husband and I are contemplating a move in the next year and I would love to have your help with floor plans! You are very gifted in this area. Phil, I love how you try and tame Kirsty at times😂 You have such a gentle spirit about you. I also love your sense of humor 😌 Both of you are gifted and just lovely individuals 😍 I'm so glad I discovered your show. It brightens my day!
I can't believe the change and development in W Sussex where I grew up. I know all these places. Thank you. Suzette, Miss Brighton Regatta Queen 1970 c/o Brighton Cruising club❤
Nice to see happy househunters......all too often people moan too much. I wouldn't mind going out for a drink with the older ladies...they were good fun 😃
Both houses chosen were nice. For the younger couple, the 3rd house wasn't exactly turnkey but with a little TLC especially paint, rearranging furniture, changing the kitchen backsplash and doing up the garden, it would be perfect.
Property 3 the older couple what work needs to be done ? I see a perfectly lovely home. The first one they looked at was beautiful but extremely fancy.
I hope this young couple can afford to maintain this home and pay the taxes etc. I don't know much about how it works in the UK but once the house is purchased in the US there are always many extra expenses like property taxes, replacing dying appliances, furnishing the home etc..
And they were several bids hence they went above asking price. Personally I really liked the 1st house they saw at 300k. The bathroom was small but the house was nice on the inside and turnkey. It was simply 20mins from the beach which I can live with.
very depressing but.....my relatives in Poland had a house right next to the Warsaw ghetto with a printing press in the basement. they were contracted by Nazis to print the lists of people in the ghetto who were going to be sent to the death camps. sometimes they ,my relatives, altered the lists and blocked off children's names.the lists were given before hand and under the table to the leaders in the ghetto-to enable people to sneak their children out through the basement of that house- hundreds of little ones who were absorbed into polish families- is this the type of country we want? all of my relatives were shot as their system was uncovered. we should have protests everyday of our lifes against this tyrant. thank you for all the programming.
They all talk in an affected languid drawl which they hope makes people think they mean it, or that they're 'authentic' and caring, except it's just another generational fad.
I'm glad the older couple were so pleased with their choice; it certainly wouldn't have been mine. Not only impractical but also stuck between two roads in the middle of an ugly development with commensurately ugly views from the upstairs balcony. Although it's hard to tell from just aerial film, I'd be surprised if it offered them the privacy they wanted.
Yes, they CAN be downloaded and YES there is a series 41.. We're very lucky to be able to watch these episodes .. yet you choose to leave the same ungrateful and untruthful comment every time.. 🤦🏻♀️ May your day be as pleasant as your personality..
Both couples are adorable. So thankful, sweet and joyous!

It’s great seeing new episodes, and both are lovely couple thanks for sharing.

I've never shed a tear watching these, but I did at the end of this one ❤
Not one, but two episodes in one day?! You're spoiling me, I love it, thanks!😁
I agree. Fantastic.
A great episode. I love this show. Lovely people and the best presenters.❤️❤️❤️

I agree - i thought the last house was much better for them

Was thinking the same. That 1st house was beautiful but would be a challenge for them in the long run.
I think they deserve to enjoy the 1st house now. I believe a few years down the line they can decide to downsize if it seems unmanageable.
What a great episode. Both couples were in great and I couldn’t be happier to see both end up getting the places they wanted. Phil, I knew he would work his bit and made it work!
Thank you for posting! It's been ages since I've seen an episode in which both couples purchased their properties successfully:)
Awesome show with two lovely couples, im so pleased they got such great homes, my favorite episode so far.
Of all the shows I've watched, the place where they were looking and both couples, one of the best episodes ever!

Why are you addressing Kirstie and Phil as if they are going to see and read your comment? This channel is just some random uploader.
What a damp squid you are.@@myoldvhstapes
What an absolutely fabulous episode! Good on you Kirsty and Phil...well done! Such lovely happy couples...congratulations to both! 🥰🤗
Love when Phil calls Kirstie "Kirstals"
Two happy couples, and the process was made painless for them by Phil & Kirstie who were both wise and compassionate.

I LOVE this episode so much! The two couples are precious! I wish them both well in their lives!

Love this show. Love Kristie and Phil. If i ever moved to England I wouuld use them help me find a home
You are such a sweetie Phil. I know that Kirsty must feel as thankful to you to, for being by her side all those years, in what you both do well. xxx
Why do you want to thank Phil on behalf of Kirsty? Is she your best friend? They’ve been business partners for 20 years.
loved house 1 for the older couple and the flat was sweet too.
Such lovely couples, thank you sharing!!
So happy for both couples-bring on the champagne!
Fantastic episode! We LOVE you For posting❤
Thanks for uploading..please keep them coming
Great episode. I’m very happy for them 😊
What a difference a professional negociators makes! Well done Phil & Kirstie

You’re a star Roldan. Cheers from nz
What a lovely episode , with two nice happy couples, I hope that they will be very happy in their respective houses.
Best episode ever - - so happy for all!
4 of the best people this show has ever seen.
Nice to see happy househunters......all too often people moan too much.
I wouldn't mind going out for a drink with the older ladies...they were good fun 😃
Both couples were so nice. Happy for them ❤

GREAT EPISODE 👍🏼‼️
Loveeee kirsties dress if anyone knows label would be fantastic....
I really like this episode all the house are so lovely
I hope the older couple has money left for cleaners.
The upkeep will help them stay fit. They are not that old!
The first house for the second couple ❤❤❤❤
Love this!
Thank you for the upload!!

I love the $800,00 house, it's very pretty
I hope this young couple can afford to maintain this home and pay the taxes etc. I don't know much about how it works in the UK but once the house is purchased in the US there are always many extra expenses like property taxes, replacing dying appliances, furnishing the home etc..
A UK mortgage has to be renegotiated every few years, the maximum term is five years. And a lot of people are in 'variable rate' mortgages!
I do think that younger couple would have been gutted to lose that flat
over 5k...they were lucky
330k for a one bedroom apartment is crazy this is why it's better to buy far away from the cbd its much cheaper and you get more land
And they were several bids hence they went above asking price. Personally I really liked the 1st house they saw at 300k. The bathroom was small but the house was nice on the inside and turnkey. It was simply 20mins from the beach which I can live with.
an attic would be very hot in the summer.................
🍀💕👏2 in one day👏💕🍀
Is that rust running down the roof?
Thank you!
The first house is perfect
What year was this shot?
46:43- 2023
They could install a chair lift.
Great episode thanks
I wouldn't want to live anywhere with no outside space................
I ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤you guy's 🥰❣️
❤
Can anyone explain what happened to Allsop and Spencer? Why aren't they on location location location? now?
What the hell are you talking about??

Why post this here?
Maybe talk to a professional
Do gen z speak slower than previous generations?
Based on one couple???
Neither of them are native English speakers, that's all
They all talk in an affected languid drawl which they hope makes people think they mean it, or that they're 'authentic' and caring, except it's just another generational fad.

gorgeous young couple - personally I would prefer their one bed flat over that awful home the older couple purchased.
👎👎👎 because there's no such thing as Season/Series 41 for this tv program. Also cannot be downloaded and watched offline.
Yes, they CAN be downloaded and YES there is a series 41..

@pimpozza hahaha. This guy (I'm guessing) always does this 👎 . It's annoying & he doesn't give a poop!
