Kat's words abt being afraid to plan for the future becos for a while, she was told she didn't have one, really hit home. She is such a warrior, I salute her
Really nice house hunters. Seeing Kat, such a strong, beautiful, poised and self-assured person suddenly and without warning showing vulnerability, brought tears to my eyes! I'm so glad she has her own house now. Such a shame for the couple. They were pretty positive so I'm sure they found something pretty soon after that. On a totally different note, my heart sinks when I see typical streets in Britain now. When I left in the nineties there were green front gardens! Now every house has a concreted yard out front and it looks terrible. Plus we've lost the mitigating absorptive qualities of soil and turf during heavy or prolonged rain. I've never had a car and I don't want one. I'd rather reinstate the garden. Anyway, many thanks for the download. Love this programme.❤
Wow! Kat is an amazing woman; smart, strong, accomplished and beautiful. What a pleasure to watch her achieve one of her desires after overcoming a seemingly insurmountable hurdle. May she have a long and happy life.
So pleased for Kat, very courageous woman and so deserving of her new home. Hopefully the other couple will find a home soon. Thank you for the posting, so enjoyable to watch.
Ditto! Also a fan in Canada 🇨🇦 😀 I used to watch this show years ago but I have not been able to find it on channels in my area for a long time. So great to see it again!
Kat is an absolute inspiration! Through patience, unrelenting diligence, strength, and determination, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE! Best of luck to the couple as well. They definitely conquered the hardest part in anyone's house hunting journey, saving, saving, and saving. Thank you for the post, I became a fan two months ago! Shout out from AMERICA 🇺🇸!!
Thank you for posting the newest episods of LLL🙏🏻 I've just found your channel as I was watching older ones. Happy to see Phil and Kirsty still good at the job, still enjoying themselves but older and seemingly for patient, especially Kirsty, with their clients. It was a lovely episod, happy for Kat in many ways and hopefully the young couple found their home. I like south London.
They were never gonna get it at 426 - they had a budget of up to 435 and loved the house so why not go all in at 435? they are now back to square 1 and house prices are only going up - yes I know its a lot of money but you're either serious or you aren't?!
I’m in Australia, and oh how much I’ve missed Phil and Kirstie. We are ‘thinking’ of downsizing from our very beautiful dream family home. How I wish I could entice Phil and Kirstie DownUnder to help us with this onerous task. I love my home so much, but it’s time to be sensible. I’ve never been sensible in my life, left all that up to my husband (retired Army Veteran), now he’s suddenly got the jitters about leaving our home. We lived in 18 Army married quarters, before we/I saw my dream home etc voila time has rushed on by, our kids are grown and gone, and we use an intercom system from one end of the house to the other, seriously big. I look at these houses in the UK and wonder how the hell people live in such teeny tiny houses? I think there’s going to be a long hard battle to find our final home, and a lot of tears shed. Please let Phil and Kirstie know that they are needed in deepest darkest Australia 🇦🇺
I have to admit I'm a bit bewildered how come they don't teach young people how to use tape measures anymore in school. That way they know how to measure measure a bed and the measure of space to know what will fit and what won't😮
They'll have an app on their phone to measure a room. I'm old enough to have grown up with tape measures, but I don't recall ever having/using one in school.
I reminded of ...."save your Holy Communion money" I love Phil and Kirsty's phrases! "Don't want to miss the boat" To Phil eating apple: "It's crunch time, Phil"... G Ire
Sad, that the young couple lost out on their pick, but am certain they'll find what they love, in the end. Kat made the commitment and said "yes" to her future.
Oops, I said there were only 3 houses for sale in Perth, WA. Um , that's my suburb but there's only around 9, 300 houses for sale fir the metro area. Still a housing crisis throughout Australia.
Here in Perth, (pop 2,143,000) Western Australia there are only 3 houses on the market,. 500 people viewed a ver run down house with no plumbing or electricity and weavils in the carpet. Because there was so much interest the price went up AUD 100,000 in 24 hours! . It got 25 offers including investors from the eastern ststes but fortunately it was sold to local first home buyers who had been looking in the area for 5 years. The two story beachside house sold for more than AUD 1.1M. THe actual selling price was not disclosed. There's a housing crisis throughout Australia and alot of builders have gone bankrupt. 😢😢
G'day from 🐨🇦🇺, always enjoy this show. Does anyone know, Kat's place is that Freehold/Lease or is she buying the land with no landlord in the background....
This couple needs to take DNA tests because they look exactly alike. Not like "when people are in love they tend to look like each other" - no, they look like the same person! They must really take it seriously and find out if they're not long lost siblings!
I'm a heterosexual woman and I half fancy Kat! She's an amazing woman, strong, intelligent, beautiful, gracious, well-spoken, close to her parents, a dog-lover... He'd have to be made of stone not to find her lovely. I don't think there's a shame in responding with admiration to someone who is tremendously admirable. It doesn't mean he's not utterly faithful to his wife. Pity in our corrupted society these days, people can't just admire a person of the opposite sex without innuendo and people can't be friends with someone of the same sex without innuendo. Phil was never anything but a gentleman and a gentle man with her.
In American English, that would be an outbuilding. They want an office or gym, that sort of thing. The couple were thrilled with the big two-room outbuilding in the back of one of the houses they viewed.
Instead of saving for 10 years tat should have bought a property back then, prob at the 100k mark, they would have paid of 75 k off the morgage and it would be worth 450k, leaving them with 325 equity. Saving is for muppets, but the governemnt will never tell you that, they gotta keep everyone loor to working class
@@donnabuttery9316 Agreed, i live in london in the early 90's and could have afforded a semi detached house in a nice area, that would now be worth over 1 million
I am a bit puzzled ...... 110.000 GBP saved in 10-12 years in 2 = 5000,- per year/ person Is it that really so astonishing as presented in the show? .... esp. when considering that they are living with the paretns thus saving rent or at least a part of it ......
Season 41, huh?? How long has this show been on?? Given enough years, it'll become a historical record of the ups and downs of real estate and the housing market in the area. watch this in fifty years, and marvel at the changes, good or bad, and catch up with the people on the show.

Wait a sec, she’s got a budget of £1.2 million? Man, I’m poor!
Nicole looks so much like the famous American Ballet Theatre ballerina Julie Kent! Uncanny!💯👀🩰
I love this program,
Kat! So clever
I wonder if I would go on television with my house search and the idea that I didn't have long to live.
I thought that her diagnosis was extremely positive? That she'd overcome the cancer...? But I agree that going on television is something else!
Living with mom and dad all those years……they better be kind to their parents!
What a great video❤Gave it a “Like” and “Subscribed” 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Kat is a diva.... she reminds me of Sharon Stone.
You cannot have it all and you have to decide quickly. I can’t believe they were searching for years. It means they did not really wanted to buy.
G'day from 🐨🇦🇺, always enjoy this show. Does anyone know, Kat's place is that Freehold/Lease or is she buying the land with no landlord in the background....
Goodness gracious, Phil seems smitten with Kat. Rein it in.
What are the names of the two real estate agents, please?
1.2 million? This show is having a bubble.
1.25 million ridiculous and add a ££££ for works

09:45 an outhouse in the garden?? C'mon, surely you can set your sights a little higher than that.
In American English, that would be an outbuilding. They want an office or gym, that sort of thing. The couple were thrilled with the big two-room outbuilding in the back of one of the houses they viewed.
Could someone please explain how the couple who saved 110k can afford 400k+? Im genuinely curious.
They need a mortgage of 300k - with 2 incomes of around 50k (esp in London) that's pretty easy to get with such a big deposit
@@chrissiehaskell Ah, that makes sense. Thanks for the reply.
Living with Mummy and Daddy made it possible. No way could you rent and save that.
is he flogging Croydon again
What has happened to this show. I want to see property, and ideas about property not body shots of someone in the gym or playing football.
The first 8-10 minutes are always just a long introduction of the buyers.
Instead of saving for 10 years tat should have bought a property back then, prob at the 100k mark, they would have paid of 75 k off the morgage and it would be worth 450k, leaving them with 325 equity. Some sense in your comments ...however hindsight is a wonderful thing...😊😊
You do have to have a deposit though don’t you? Not sure what the lowest deposit amount is in the UK, it’s 20% where I live.
100k in London 10 years ago? I don't think anything was available for that price.

£110,000 buy 2 bitcoin wait 1 year buy a house for £500,000 cash. No mortgage
👎👎👎 because there's no such thing as season/series 41 for this tv program. Also cannot be downloaded and watched offline.
I just love Kat’s positive attitude through out the episode.

Good point. That’s like 400£ per months, and I hope they didn’t just have the money in a savings account.
It's a TV show, they make an effort to put people in a good light. What do you want them to say? here's a couple with ho hum savings?
Happy for Cat and Bob! She was always gonna wanna stay in Greenwich! And TBH Earlsfield a bit too West from Canary Wharf
