We all struggle against the 3 slash attack, but my best advice is to dodge away from him. If you're talking about the charge-swing attack, i would reccomend to dodge right instead. Some other tips are to get the Intersection Store Clerk outfit, the 500$ ramen and udon in the previous area and the 6k giant sandwiches as they can function as a live if used correctly. I would also reccomend getting the Bento L from the intersection store clerk as it functions as both a pudding and a full heal.
