The Japan server is a year ahead of english server you can check online to see what events and gachas are coming up. If you 10 gacha tokens you need to pull 200 (60k crystals) in order to exchange for a character, though you may get lucky and get it before that point.
yeah! the jp servers had an Evillious rerun is May last year, so there should also be a rerun on the eng servers this May too. there's 5 4* cards, and most banners only have 3 4* cards, so you're probably going to have to get lucky unfortunately

the color fes gachas have a doubled 4* rate, so you're more likely to get 4* than a normal banner gacha :]

i saved up 36k for mizuki and got rin, kaito, haruka, shizuku, airi, nene, and wxs miku. i was so disappointed but at least i have costumes for them now😭
