you should pull for the characters you like, as there isn’t really a ‘meta’ in pjsk, but this is a colorful festival gacha, so the chance to get a 4 star is doubled (3% -> 6%) so it is recommended to pull for this type of gacha. if you like the characters, go for it! otherwise, you should save for the ones that you want. for the skills, there are 2 skills that are exclusive to colorfes, and they give a maximum of 120% score boost (140% at max lvl), and a unit scorer 130% (150% at max lvl), which are all pretty valuable but not really needed. shiho and an are regular score boosters, while ena is an accuracy booster. for me, I pulled on this banner because the art was pretty :D
