During the process I reduced 14 Kg to ultimate 22 BMI my current weight is 62 kg. My initial HBa1c was 6.8 (which is marked confirm diabetic) & got down to HBa1c 5.3 (non Diabetic), this is all my diet, Medicine is not used in the process. Fasting glucose levels are in 80s. Preservation of health. ii. A diet that avoids those things which may cause harm. iii. Removing harmful matter from the body.” (See At-Tibb, page 9) When a human being fills his belly with these foods and it becomes a habit, they cause him various diseases, some of which come to an end slowly and some more swiftly. I live in abroad For Study purpose , I took “everyday” with me for having pakistani Tea or milk , but unfortunately i gained so so much weight after having this As a tea On daily basis , then I left this And loose almost 5-6 kgs in a month Alhamdulillah
One of the hardest thing is to pull out the hand from the food especially when you're eating in iftar after long day without seeing food.. Extremely difficult for foodiess
