And we cant do our house chores with fast!! - Food industry is billion dollar industry, works for our taste buds only and it has been made desirable. - Bolemia is a disorder more common in female who eat then induce vomiting to loose what they eaten. - Prophet SAW used thumb, and 2 fingers to eat only, and we eat with full spoon and using all fingers. - We just say oh its fruit chat but we dont think how many fruits are in that fruit chat? - We will be asked of every food we have been given by ALLAH. - Ideal recommendations from dr perspective : 6 hour sleep, practice 1 hour nap during day, (quality of sleep matters a lot, when you sleep well the lymphatic system cleanse the brain and your memory boost), exercise at least 30 mins, if very lazy then do 1 min squat, 1 min push-ups, 1 min jumping legs to build basic strength and stamina, stress management is best done by QURAN recitation and translation. Our worries should be smaller in front of a BIG worry that is “Am I making ALLAH displeased with my actions?” This should be our anxiety. - Ideally: Have a protein portion (egg, vegetable use, little meat), fist size roti because roti is not good it expands stomach, eat when you really really hungry. - We can pay for 5000 rupee med and cant afford 2000 eggs, sad reality.

yes brothers i am a women i also went to gym on daily bases but Alhamdulillah our gym timing is saprate for men and women so its easy to carry on with gym and also when we go to the gym we become strong and healthy and also remain away from different diseases .

My sahri is only 3 dates and 1 cup milk and aftar 1 date and water. After maghrib normal meal and i go back immidiatly to masjid, pray nafal before esha namaz then tatavi. So i take only one meal 24 hours. No samosa pakora etc.
When I was a kid, I was watching a documentary, I don't remember the name but I do remember that one food specialist or doctor said that "people are becoming obese, because it's hard to not find food". And its true. There is food everywhere. It has become an addiction. Another reason people eat is to deal with depression or anxiety.
