I feel like planet x should have a youtube channel where they show you how to transform them so you don't accidentally break it while trying to figure out the instructions.
Cool figure, but it looks different from the promo pics. Originally, he looked a lot darker and the silver parts were painted gun metal instead (which would have looked a lot better).
I'm thinking it's nearly all PX figures at that. I got Paddles and Percepter at extremely low prices and have an absolute nightmare of a time trying to get Paddles' neck pegged in while in his dino mode. Percepter's better, but he's still got some finicky panels that they really should have done differently.
@@Wymorence besides my prime / magnus/nemesis, i have no issues with tolerance, but i do have issues where they dont peg right, specially the seekers ..
I only need the metallic versions and then I have the full planet-x line😁 Looks like I’m getting them, metallic looks so cool!!! except for the titans but I don’t really care about them because of the price
The FOC Prime isn’t a bad mold imo. And it’s good to see that FOC Prime mold again. Also isn’t that the Path Blaster that FOC Prime used one of the missions in Transformers FOC? My memory is a bit off when it comes to something like an old game like Transformers FOC.
It's the Path Blaster, yes. The FOC mould is also not bad but it's just way too small and dinky for what was described by the game designers as a "rolling fist on wheels".
i bought this guy and love him for his looks but i think is transformation is just abut too on the tiny side in terms of the back pack mainly you gotta fold all that engine block and line it all with the arms and some of the small parts i feel like ill snap them if i tugg to hard but there pegged in super good it scares me, also his chonk makes him not super fun to pose and his joints on mine are super squeaky tight so its hard to get that just right position, still love him though as the big chonking fist on wheels he is
Okay so this is probably a dumb question so be graceful with me. But why does none of the packaging say Optimus Prime, or have the auto or symbol? It it a copyright thing?
It drives me kinda nuts you don't know which Transformers game he is from, as well as the other Prime you compared him too. I guess you also don't know that Planet X only makes figures for the 2ND GAME FALL OF CYBERTRON, and none from the 1st game War for Cybertron. smh

I bought the original Jupiter. It's great. OP from FoC deserved a Voyager class fig.
I agree with the old FoC Prime & Ultra Magnus should be a voyager class figure to.

The non metallic has the same tolerance issues, it's war then fall of Cybertron

My fingers were hurting watching you transform this. Planet X products kill me. This is definitely a case of the cooler alt mode.

You have untabbed backwheels in car mode. Exactly at that leg hinge. It's not an issue - but mistransform. You have to push it harder.
Optimus have a Path Blaster.

Honestly the legs and back end of the vehicle mode are a bit TOO chonky, but I'm dying of hope we get a WFC model as good or better than this.

Can you flip the "arm" canon upside down? So the bottom pc looks more like a scope if flipped?

I have this one but wish I would have gotten the original. The metallic paint will flake off like crazy.

It's a third party figure so they can't legally use those.

This metallic version doesn't look as good as the original, IMO. The colours are too bright.
Also they used cheap metallic paint. It flakes off way to easy. I wished they used the metallic like paint they used in Grimlock
