I eventually bought one of these and sadly, I now play None of my other ukes. I’ve also fallen back in love with the Soprano scale, I’m back where I started and love it. It almost plays itself, well almost. I’ll not be buying another Uke, whoa, that’s a step too far. Thanks Barry and Millar.

Hiya Phil, That looks and sounds great, really chimey when picked. I saw Matt on RUclips on Sunday I think, playing his. It's really nice to see that the money has been spent on wood and tuners instead of bling. Well done.x

Sounds and looks terrific - also, I love the look of friction tuners on a soprano but find them very irritatingly fiddly compared to geared, so these seem the perfect compromise. Congrats!

Really nice. But as with anythimg, in this case ukeleles, affordable is a broad concept 😊. I do love your podcasts, I learn a lot and have fun with it. Although I play on a ukelele of about 60/70 euro's. For me it is all about learning, having fun and engaging my brain and muscle memory of my fingers. Have a wonderful 2022!

      Happy New Year!
Oh, absolutely. M first uke decent uke (which I still have and play) was a Bruko, and it cost me £60 as it was B-stock! The important thing is to play :-)
