This song is about the feeling you get when your about to finish something you've worked really hard for and you know your going to finish, and even before it happens, a burst of joy hits and you just want to get your two favorite effect pedals and write a song... Yeah that feeling that every gets.
I'm using the Stepped Speed Modifier in Habit for a reverse fluttery effect into the stereo Tri-Chorus for the leads on the 6 strings, played on top of the low deep unaltered P bass tone witch I really like together. If you look at the knob settings below for the M1, you'll notice a lot of zeros... I just wanted a nice no nonsense sharp Chorus to brighten up the lead parts to contrast the classic P bass tone. Habit's Stepped Speed Mod is just going nuts but still keeping a usable music form. Habit is great for sound scapes but can be incorporated in structured songs decently too.
The knob settings you see are what was used in the recording.
