I have a different brand of plasma pen, but it works the same. My milias are totally gone. Here’s how I did it: - wash area to be treated - wipe area to be treated with alcohol and let dry - use the plasma pen and I hit each milia at least twice - I applied petroleum gel… and I keep applying petroleum gel until the skin is healed… at least 3 days. I never apply any serums or harsh cleansers, besides regular soap, until the area has totally healed, about the 4th day. In my experience, I had been so lazy removing makeup before going to bed and applying moisturizers… not anymore. I use oil-free moisturizer. Now my skin is smooth and clear. Never go to bed with makeup on.
I'm going to try it out for a sebaceous hyperplasia that I can't get rid of on my cheekbone. You're much more credible than their webpage. Thanks for all the info. You make it look easy peasy.
@@cnathan1for me this kind of device keeps the bumps away for a little while. It's not a permanent solution. The other downside is that it has caused hypopigmentation as well.
@@ericmartin9569thanks for the reply! I haven’t found anything permanent either. One thing I have found that helps is doing a double cleanse twice a day. The oil cleanser really seems to take away the oil and prevent buildup.
I got this and i feel so happy, since it feels like i do something good for me at home much cheaper than salon. I got surgical scars from a broken leg and it would cost so much for svar therapy at a salon. I dont know results yet but i hope for the best ❤❤
For milia - wait for it to fully form and take a clean needle, sanitise the skin and take it off. Heals much faster and better than using the plasma pen. Also check your skin care - you might be using too much oil or just oil that doesn't work with your skin.
Hi - when you were talking about sebaceous filaments you were showing pictures of sebaceous hyperplasia. These are 2 different things or are they the same, I have sebaceous hyperplasia and am interested in how to "cure" them. Which does this implement take care of filaments or Hyperplasia or both. Thanks - love your videos! I kept trying to get to their site and was blacked as an infected sight!!!!!
It is supposed to take care of both. However, I have only used it on my filaments on my nose. I did find a hyperplasia spot on my forehead that I am going to test next, but I wanted to do it after I came back from the beach next week because I didn't want to do before I go into the sun
No, I don't have a true skin tag. I just did that bump on my chest I'm not sure what it's called but it has gone down even more this past week. I think it just takes longer to heal.
Hi, This video was a year ago and I am thinking of purchasing a plasma pen. What are you current thoughts on this device for small oil bumps and skin tagsxand other small items to remove? Thanks in advance for your guidance. ❤
Small bump are fine, I’m not sure if it would take off skin tags based on my light use. There were bigger needles that may zap them… but I would be nervous to try on my face… even one my dermatologist tried to burn off is still on my chest area!
I think if you used on whole face, the premise would be similar to microneedleing, you are encouraging skin to repair itself. I dont think microneedling is used for waht I like it for, which is the milia and bump removal. Its more an electric charge vs pricking skin
Lisa, I’m impressed that you performed surgery on yourself! But speaking as a doctor, when you say “no need to go to the dermatologist when you need something removed” I respectfully disagree. You really can’t tell what something is with the naked eye. Any lesion should be removed and sent to pathology to ensure that it is not cancer. Insurance will usually pay if you say it hurts.
'A circle of zapping'...is that something sexual lol? Is the hyperplasmia the same as a dark spot? Sounds like not but I'm no dermatologist. Thx Lisa, stay blessed! ~~Chanel

I have a different brand plasma pen called Velvet Pen Pro. I used it to remove an age spot on my thigh. Without a numbing cream, it feels like you’re pulling an eyebrow hair for the first time. The age spot got burned… scabbed, and needs a second application. Put a petroleum jelly on the area.

@@DanielAvitan757 literally no different yet 😂💀😊 so idk if it is a good product or not
So very interesting. Idk if I'm brave enough to try something like that.
I appreciate you being here !
Just bought it and looking forward to using it. 👍🏻😊
Would you recommend?

Hi Lisa, is this pen’s needle actually have to touch the skin or it gave out the energy when near the skin?
Almost touching…I have touched…

Yes I will!
Hmmm this is very interesting to me. I wish I wasn't fixated about the tiny milia, but I am. Iykyk. Thanks for your review.
Its hard not to fixate! Once I realized there were options, I was willing to try and find non surgical options
Lisa, did you try it on a skin tag yet?

Would this work for Cosmetic hyfrecation?
I have no ideas. They are pretty responsive to questions if you contact them from the website.
How do I book a consultation with you? I am in Central Florida. 😊
I don't do consults but feel free to email me if you have specific questions!!

Is it like micro needling

Why didn't you numb your skin first?
I did have a numbing cream, I don’t feel like it made much of a difference
