1.In original series blue is prof oak then ash would be red's grandson
2. Ash's mother is so young and that old man is very old
3. Pokemon origins happens before main Pokemon series and mega stones are only in kalos but red got it in kanto so how is it possible

Yeah. Red is from parrel universe. And he caught mewtwo and mewtwo is a man-made pokèmon so he is only one of his spicies. And red caught him, so that means we wouldn't see mewtwo in movies or any other episode. Also red got mega stones in Kanto, but mega stones are found in kalos only.

I am super late but this the reasons that red cannot be his father.The first is because during the time Misty was travelling with him,she was not a gym leader but infact her sisters.Another is because Team Rocket was in Ash's journey yet was disbanded during red's journey.(An argument can be made that they reformed).But the one which seals this case is due to the fact that number one,there is only one mewtwo(Based on pokemon origins) and red caught it but however on Ash's journey he encountered mewtwo,giovanni's one as well as the one in Unova.
