This is a spot on analysis. I had a very bad panic attack in 2007 that felt like cardiac arrest, and my life was never the same again. I have most if not all of these symptoms. Seen a bunch of doctors over the years but no real result. I have decided not to resort to medication. My advice to people out there who are trying to manage panic attack and anxiety is as follows.
1)Prayers (Build a strong connection with God no matter what your faith is. Have the love of God in you, and say it to yourself in difficult times)
    2)Meditation for 20 mins daily
3)Brisk Walking for at least 30 mins daily
    4)Alot of reading
These 4 practices will keep the functions of your mind at optimal levels and better manage your anxiety and panic attack.
Our fight is different so dont expect people to understand us.
Dont explain just walk away from negativity with a smile. Nothing is more important than your peace of mind.
    God bless y'all. ❤

I just recently started getting the head sensations, it was really intense a few months back, but I cut out sugar and processed food and started working out, doing the wim Hoff method in combination with cold shower and sauna , th anxiety is very minimal, but ru head sensations still come and go, but not at the level of intensity it was before. Just know that you are not alone, eat better, medite and exercise and when you can just sit alone with your thoughts with no distractions, all these sensations and anxiety is our body trying to tell us something. We are so use to having to be stimulated that it's messing with our head, learn to be present and not have to rely on distractions and get comfortable with just being in the moment.

One day at a time. The head pressured headaches and lightheaded worry me because I start to experience health anxiety. Thank you for sharing this. This past year the anxiety I’ve been dealing with has worsened. I started feeling the brain zaps and it would make me make me jump like I got an electric shock. I also felt the head pressure that almost felt like sinus pressure. It was so hard to explain my doctor but he knew it was anxiety. I eventually went to the ER because I felt like I was having a heart attack but it was actually a panic attack. The panic attacks and dizziness happened every time I tried to drive. And all the mental symptoms along with the physical symptoms, I really got down. I’m in therapy now and taking some medication. I’ve also had to slow all the way down. Limit socialization with certain friends that always complained about everything. Stopped running so many errands and have had to just rest. I’m getting better.

Arsalan! Thank you for this video. Anxiety has manifested in different areas for me. It started with heart palpitations. It then moved to my gut. Now, it is manifesting as brain zaps/surges and I was worried that this was some form of depression (intrusive thinking & overthinking). I've had days/weeks where I have been completely normal. I'm working on continually reassuring my subconscious mind that these are only just sensations and normal.

Hi, Thank you for this video. I have experienced a number of these symptoms which seem to occur mainly when am around other people (such as my workplace). On a typical working day I will feel 'normal' first thing in the morning, however a few hours in the brain fog and head pressure move in which accompanies a stiff neck. Other symptoms which arise occasionally are rushes through the head (sometimes bad enough to near push me off my feet) and general unsteadiness with balance. MRI suggested nothing physically wrong and have been taking meds (Sertraline) for a number of years however has no effect on me, I have only found that exercise helps which I guess is due to tension release - complete nightmare.

I went thru a period of my life where I had severe episodes. Come to find out mine was related to some severe issues from oxalate damage; in addition to stress, but here nor there; the attacks were terrifying. I eventually learned to surrender to them. The feeling of suffocating was the most terrifying for me; the other symptoms were terrible but not being able to breathe is horrible. I have asthma so it brought me into a real state of panic; but eventually I learned to ride thru it without getting too freaked out. Mine never came from any thoughts; I dont have issues with that; but my body was surely in a state of distress. I was under a lot of stress at the time and my body was surely feeling it. Both physically and emotionally. Eventually my issues went away; they just slowly faded out but at the tine they were beyond scary. I never understood how bad they could be and when you have one, you realize people aren't joking when they say it feels like you are gonna die. Great videos. Thank you for all this. I sent it to my daughter who has PTSD from a car accident. I am sure it will help a lot of people.
