Does "our neighbour" have the same meaning in Judaism than it has for Christians ; or does it only concern the members of their religion and those who are close related to them (family), since they live most of the time inside their community?

This is commen even in Israel. My mother's side are all Haridim. Ultra Orthodox Jews who were born in Israel and they never served in the military.Instead they practice Jewish life and study the Torah everday. Perhaps that is the reason I am used to them. God bless this Rabbi. I grew up and lived most of my life in a city, where there are a lot of Zionist/reformed Jew some even called themselves “modern orthodox“. They were a very mean group of people. They always mistreated me because I didn’t have a lot of money. But there was a small, orthodox community true orthodox and I always thought they were very nice and true people of God. It wasn’t till I finally moved away that I realize what a difference people are actually OK out there When I wanted to go pray I ended up going to a Catholic Church, because most of them were decent and accepting. And even now until he explained that, I thought, how can they call themselves religious even before the war and they dress very immodestly, and they live very sinfully. But I always did like the orthodox. They were always very nice and respectful.

Bible is corrupt book it isn't reliable (even Christians agree with this because they know). Can't use it for refutation. I am not going to bother checking whether you changed up something in the verse or whether you just don't know what it is talking about because Bible is not reliable.
I see *nothing* that implies it's to be held in perpetuity. Nor it technically be *lived* in. You can argue the history is enough to constitute dwelling.

You may not add to it or diminish from it," and Deuteronomy 29:28 states: "What is revealed is for us and our children forever, to carry out all the words of this Torah." This teaches that we are commanded to fulfill all the Torah's directives forever.
