3rd House Inspection in Lancaster New City, Cavite - PASANG-AWA GRADE (Anica Unit)

Upon checking the unit, there's still some fixing that needs to be done and the Specialist who assisted us already called in the workers to addressed it while we're there. We decided to accept the unit already because it will take months again to schedule the next inspection.
2 years+ delayed turnover.

Door knob dapat nakakabit na , pano po security ng bahay nyo? Di po totoong di kasama door knob.I have bad experience sa Lancaster first inspection ko epic fail the 2nd inspection ni walang ginawa sa punchlist. March 26 3rd inspection ulit. Naku paiyakan pa yang doorknob . Same unit po tayo.

Same bad experience here. Parang hinihintay lang po nilang mapagod sa kaka-follow up ung buyers nila. They have the worst Post-Sales Service.

Anlala po ng inyo no, umabot 3rd inspection pero may kulang pa din 🤦🏻‍♂️

Don't know po, iba po kasi ung payment process ng amin. Try to ask po your agent.
Pero ung house inspection inabot ng almost a year bago kami naischedule kaya ang turnover ng unit namin delayed for 2 years+ dahil sa house issues and inspection scheduling nila.

Pag na take out na po at nag start na po kayo bayad sa bank pwede na kayo mag pa schedule for inspection. Hinde na man po aabutin based on my experience po.
