    Potter is the “ideal “ replacement- similar system and a man management master . Whether he can do it at a top club is the question - good luck to him

    • @MrDwightKSchrute
      @MrDwightKSchrute 2 года назад +5

      Yeah definitely as much as loved Tuchel i think the only downside to him was his man management so many attacking players wanted to leave under him hopefully Potter can bring the man management and technical management and settle the dressing room

      I'm not sure a man management master could handle Chelsea players. There have been a long history of "losing dressing room" at Chelsea. Jose, Sarri, Tuchel all failed. NOt sure Potter can do any difference.

      Should definitely be more excited- hes definitely the best English coach around, tactics are very impressive. As you said as well he brings in youth, and hes a good man to man coach. Just unfortunate our dressing room is full of 'stars' with huge egos- aubameyang is a horrible move imo but we'll see what happens.

    I'm a Leeds fan, been aware of Potters emergence as a Coach,. I think he can do as good a job as anyone if allowed to get on with it ..... That's the big Q .... He may fix it quickly.... If not will confidence and hope slip way ? he'll still be a good coach though. Good luck to him.

    Realistically Tuchel was the best we were gonna get in terms of an elite manager. Anyone after him is a downgrade and as much as I think Potter is a fantastic manager he has some big shoes to fill and must earn the trust of the fans. TT will always be a Chelsea legend!

      Less than 50% win ratio at the bridge last year. And since December the football has genuinely been atrocious. Furthermore our attack is a joke, the entire tactic was give it to Reece James and hope. He had to go

      One problem I had with fans were the complaints about the 3-4-3 system we played under TT. But it seems everyone seems to not care anymore because Graham also play that same system. What's different?

      I’m a chelsea fan. But I don’t understand why we always back legendary managers when they’re guiding the team in the wrong direction. I remember when everyone at Chelsea was supporting Mourinho when the team was languishing in 16th place.
