Veldora can change between human and dragon form at will. The dragon form is more for going to war. The human form makes it easier to interact with smaller beings like humans and demihumans

The aspects of Merciless were added to Glotoney, one of which is now if you were to give up and seek aid, Rimiru can then also consume your soul with it. Less sacrificed, more broken down into its parts and used to build up other skills.
he traded merciless for beelzebub but, the whole aspect of Merciless that is "snatch souls out of the body IF they are no longer willing to figth" is still there, but better, now he can just use beelzebub and snatch you'r soul when ever he wants.
14:02 I would like to point out that merciless and degenerate are not gone. They were integrated into Beezelbub and Raphael respectively. It's actually better that way especially for Beezlebub because Rimiru no longer needs a trigger to consume the soul of a target. If you get devoured by Beezlebub there's no escape or afterlife for you because your soul gets consumed as well.
Merciless was not traded in, but made a part of Gluttony to become Beelzebub. Much like how Degenerate was made a part of Great Sage to make Raphael. The functions of the "sacrificed" skills are made a part of the new skill.

Same as last episode, these episodes have many details too. First, Razen lives one or five hundred years is senseless for Primordial Demon, he still too young. Second, demon is a race assembled by pure Mana, physical or magical attack is invalid. Third, those two sacrifice for Soul magic is death, not back to the demon world. Fourth, those skills who have “name” is ultimate skill overriding every less than it, so that’s why Rafael can break the magic on Veldora so fast
What benimaru did was basically a throwback to season 1 where rimuru ordered shion to have benimaru taste test her creation first and having him approve. This was suppose to be benimaru's revenge on rimuru
I honestly didn't find it "slow". There's a pause in the "action" portion of the show, but the world building portion of the show is still in full force. Slime has never been entirely about the action scenes, like DBZ or something, so it switching from action to politics isn't a slow down IMO. That said, "The Meeting" maybe went on a tiny bit too long, could've shortened it juuust a tad, lol.

To reach the power of industrial metal laser cutter i.e. around 5000W, the main lenses focusing sunlight need to be at least 3.57m2 in surface area or 2.14m in diameter, assuming no energy were lost. Therefore, the rendition in anime is somewhat accurate. but the down side is It can only be used at daytime.Scattering fine particles like dust or sand can impede or negate the attack.

Which is also 5 times as strong as rimuru was Pre-evolution into True Demon Lord... ALSO meaning Beretta is 1/3 as strong as rimuru was pre-volution... Right now beretta has 3% the strength rimuru has... All of this in terms of "magical power" of course... we still have to consider skills and fighting proficiency...
Without a doubt, the biggest technical failing of this series is having Great Sage and the Words of the World have the same voice. It is super confusing and so many people get them switched. There is a lore reason for it and it makes sense, but you would never know it by watching the show.

Imagine having to wait for the second half of the season to come out before hitting the next episode. The next half of season 2 is going to have some slow parts. Lots of set up episodes coming your way. I've had to ring the bell. For whatever reason, the slime episodes weren't showing up for me until this last one that you uploaded two days ago. Been binging all of the season 2 content. One Piece and Hunter x Hunter are showing up just fine though. No idea why this is the case, but it's all good. In the manga, Diablo sensed one of Clayman's "Fingers" spying on him during the battle with Razen. So when Razen shot the energy blast at him, Diablo purposely blew it into the sky and directed it towards the finger, disabling Clayman's spying.
The percentage of souls stated in this episode always inrigues me. I cant recall if this number was stated in the novel. 57.235% of 10.000 souls would mean that he collected 5723.5 souls during his massacre. Where in the hell did Rimuru get HALF a soul? Its an absolutely insignificant detail, but for some reason I really want to know where that half soul comes from. Did it perhaps come from Razen? Did half his soul get devoured before he got healed later on? If its stated in the novel, I sure as hell dont remember. I wanna know though.
Even with Drago Nova, the fight between Millim and Carrion still does a really bad job to show the actual difference between their powerleves. There was 100% no need for Millim to use neither her "battle form" nor her Drago Nova. Even without her "battle form" she would only have needed something along the level of a flick of her wrist to kill someone like Carrion. In terms of power, he might as well be an Ant compared to her. She isn't called the "Demon Lord of Absurdity" for nothing.
Milim have not used her full power yet. Won't say more than that. If you really like slime then you should give "tensura nikki tensei shitara slime datta ken" a watch. It's a slice of life with Rimuru and the others.

I’m actually pretty glad he traded in Merciless to upgrade his other skills. It just doesn’t suit his character to wantonly slaughter entire armies, imo.

Which is also 5 times as strong as rimuru was Pre-evolution into True Demon Lord... ALSO meaning Beretta is 1/3 as strong as rimuru was pre-volution... Right now beretta has 3% the strength rimuru has...
All of this in terms of "magical power" of course... we still have to consider skills and fighting proficiency...
Without a doubt, the biggest technical failing of this series is having Great Sage and the Words of the World have the same voice. It is super confusing and so many people get them switched. There is a lore reason for it and it makes sense, but you would never know it by watching the show.

In the manga, Diablo sensed one of Clayman's "Fingers" spying on him during the battle with Razen. So when Razen shot the energy blast at him, Diablo purposely blew it into the sky and directed it towards the finger, disabling Clayman's spying.
Diablo is one of the strongest anime characters and the strongest subordinate of rimuru and will be until the end

The percentage of souls stated in this episode always inrigues me. I cant recall if this number was stated in the novel. 57.235% of 10.000 souls would mean that he collected 5723.5 souls during his massacre. Where in the hell did Rimuru get HALF a soul? Its an absolutely insignificant detail, but for some reason I really want to know where that half soul comes from. Did it perhaps come from Razen? Did half his soul get devoured before he got healed later on? If its stated in the novel, I sure as hell dont remember. I wanna know though.
Even with Drago Nova, the fight between Millim and Carrion still does a really bad job to show the actual difference between their powerleves. There was 100% no need for Millim to use neither her "battle form" nor her Drago Nova. Even without her "battle form" she would only have needed something along the level of a flick of her wrist to kill someone like Carrion. In terms of power, he might as well be an Ant compared to her. She isn't called the "Demon Lord of Absurdity" for nothing.

I’m actually pretty glad he traded in Merciless to upgrade his other skills. It just doesn’t suit his character to wantonly slaughter entire armies, imo.
