I watched your ungatting thru Kohl’s video and decided to give it a try to ungate Lego thru Kohl’s. Our order arrived yesterday afternoon and applied to sell last night. We just received our approval to sell Lego this morning! It took less than 24 hours to ungate using your system. Truly grateful that you were willing to share this information. Great vid. Absolutely right about EE distribution. I waited 7 months for Fisher Price Lawn Mower Bubblers. When I originally placed the order, the wait was 3 months. Kept getting pushed back. Literally the longest I've ever waited to get ungated in anything. The only good thing I can say about the whole experience with EE, was that the invoice was spot on with what Amazon requests for approval. Thanks for the content JN.

Used this method for ungating. Totally worked. Products are at amazon now and new stock about to go in. Amazon has pulled the approval. Not sure if it's just me, but I need to reapply for Adidas.
I'm not sure your exact situation but have heard of other sellers being approved and a possible system glitch that still showed they were blocked. From what I was told they submitted a ticket/reapplied to resolve the issue.
@@JustNotified1 Yeah this wasn't the case. I was approved April 19th. Spent about 2 weeks gathering inventory adding it to my shipment. Stuff sent out some still moving between locations. Today went and was doing some sourcing. Everything was coming up restricted. I know Adidas Originals is a different brand line itself and that was blocked. But all were blocked. Called in, and after 30 minutes on the phone end result was you need to reapply. Meanwhile my merch is sitting at the warehouse asking for approval and is search suppressed.

Ok, I have my Kohl's order and invoice...going to give this a try. My invoice doesn't look like yours and for one of the brands, they listed each of the ten items separately for some reason (all the same SKU), but I'll give it a try :)

Based on my experience an invoice will be with the order but since it was shipped to the store it will not have your address listed. That may not work for approval for that reason.

Not sure if you are ungated with Bali, but it requires an authorization letter when I apply, same for Adidas and some other brands. Farberware is another one that I'd like to get ungated in but they also want a separate letter attached along with the invoice. Maybe you could check these brands and see if they are asking for a letter from you. I've noticed that more and more brands are requiring an authorization letter now.

@@aykutculculoglu2726 You should be able to have your personal name and company name tied to your Amazon account. With that being said, regardless of your invoice has your business name or company name it should still be acceptable for approval.
@@Alex-xc7rp That's up to you. I generally don't purchase items for the sole purpose of getting ungated. I usually find something that's marked down and if I'm gated buy 10 units to get ungated and sell it for profit. 2 birds 1 stone type deal.

This is going to be different for everyone but you can't really go wrong with Nike or adidas.

Sometimes you may have to submit multiple. I personally have not had that issue though.

Yes, go into kohls.com and look up your order. Should be an electronic copy of the invoice attached to it.
