After around 6 hours over 3 days ive managaed to get 100% disc usage down to between 1 - 20% so this worked perfect for me after trying many diffrent things.

I'm having high memory usage, I have tried to stop it, it comes up with an error saying it timed out.. I can't delete that file either. I have also tried setting it to MANUAL instead of AUTO, restarted and now it's high memory again.

I stopped mine, then after the load bar it said it couldn't stop. I couldn't start the task again as all commands were unusable. I restart my laptop and it is looking much better.. help?

@@prudhvisinecure8881 Thank you Mate, I would not recommend to do undervolt or something as it's harmful in many ways for Battery and motherBoard. What i would recommend is to go to power options in control panel and set it to balanced. It will be better. Let me know if still have issues. From Task manager make sure u hv less applications. Disable other windows features like Cortana etc from the machine.
@@prudhvisinecure8881Not all tweaks are good for mahine. For example many people change virtual memory without any info and make the computer slower.

HELP PLZ! Tried this, but the process is just stop on the "stopping" action? I cant start it again or anything and I'm too scared to just force shutdown and try again.
