A land tortoise sanctuary with large species that just roam around and do their think. I just love them, they are so cool! And i know you have a very fond memory from a expedition of that kind. Educate us som more please. Love from 🇸🇪
People like you who love animals and are excellent at sharing that love for animals in an entertaining and engaging manner are my favorite kind of human beans. You introduce and guide us through the natural world in a way that rightfully makes it feel far more full of beauty and wonder, while also creating an environment of curiosity, intrigue, and fascination for wildlife both big and small. I fortunately grew up with so many incredible individuals like yourself (David Attenborough, Steve Irwin, etc.) who helped foster my fascination with nature, and I’m infinitely grateful that their goal/mission of sharing their love and commitment for all of nature in it’s entirety is being taken on by someone as passionate, knowledgeable, and interesting to listen to as you!!
Even though this video was about 18 minutes it felt like 5 minutes. Didnt it to end . Loved this video ! I loved when Forrest told the cat there might be bugs in his beard for them 😂 Keep up the great ambassadorship and content!❤
Great place, great video. I'm really glad to see you embrace RUclips like this, Forrest. You can reach a much broader audience and no pay to watch subscription. You give a fantastic message based in reality with hope. There isn't just one answer or approach to preservation but a huge spectrum and whether the guy hunting hogs in Texas and the guys pulling plastics out of the ocean know it or not they're both helping restore ecosystems and protect native species. Conservation isn't a political issue and I'm so glad you show both sides of the conversation without uttering a word on politics because it shouldn't be political. It's so much more palatable and enjoyable than many other shows and channels out there.
I went to a big cat sanctuary once outside Raleigh NC. I was visiting family, can’t remember name. Not just cats, I remember a binturong too. They have enough for a great video.
I raised a ton of skunks that were brought to our farm my mom took in any baby animals and we raised them to return too the wild … omg they were soooo lovey dovey . Playful and really easy to release especially they weren’t cut … so they had their squirting glands … but if we ever ran into the hand raised they’d come when called ! ❤
And thank you guys for all your doing. We need more people out there willing to risk their next. To save this world, we live on. Because the balancing act will topple 1 day if we don't keep it in check.
I remember going on a cruise and we stopped at this island, Roatan in the Caribbean islands, and they had a money cage that they let us go in and hang with the moneys. IDK what they were, sadly, but man were they the best pick pocketers I've ever seen...... Defiantly trained
So you clicked into the video and instead of looking at the part of the screen that tells you how long the video is literally taking one second, you decided to type out this comment? 😂. Make it make sense.
i was on a walk after work one night, saw a cat on the side of the parking lot. thought id go persuade it to come close to me, got about 50 ft away before it was in light of parkinglot and i could tell it was a skunk. glad i didnt get sprayed but even in darkness it looked cute.
My mum kept rats most of our lives til she had a bad experience with one, it was slightly violent and bit her finger down to the bone then she came down stairs one day to a blood bath. The violent one had bitten one of the other ones and must of caught an artery because they had sprayed blood absolutely everywhere, it was all over the cage and all over her walls and curtains, it was kinda crazy. She never bought any more after that, she just waited for the ones she had to pass and then stayed away from them.
Are indigo snakes the same thing as black king snakes? Because in Alabama we have this sorta rare (I hardly ever see them, I think in 20 years I’ve only seen three examples) large venomous black snake that like to eat rattlesnakes and chicken/rat snakes. They’re terrified of humans, usually slithering away at great speed in the opposite direction, but they will fight and eat the local rattlesnakes.
I got a baby ball python for Christmas as a little kid. He got to 5 feet long. Then my parents sold him without telling me. I still miss handling him. Snakes are awesome animals.
Hey Forrest, I’m here to ask you something how was your mindset for getting through school and college and to keep pushing on and getting stuff done and also how to get into consideration and stuff like that
Well, I don't like to talk to people much about this one. But we rescued a cat off the side of the road unaccident as God up in the car engine and we found it when we got home. We're pretty sure hes part wild. But hes also part house cat. And we're not sure what do you is mixed with. But Maya assumption would be. Possibly Bobcat, hes got the strangest tale. You could have ever seen because it's corkscrewed. And it never straightens out and one of the best cats we've ever had though. There are times if I don't get The tuna out he will look at me like I'm gonna be sleeping with the fishes if I don't LOL.😂
I was lucky enough Well, upon this Earth, do a found a beautiful orangeish pinkish Woods frog in man, was it a beautiful tropical color? And I've never seen one since up in these Part of Wisconsin and o wat a beautiful Species of woodstrong. Currently appear in Wisconsin, we own 75 acres of forest with the river running through it. And we have several and Daniel's species. That call this land their home and I am proud to be a Stewart of the land and provide the space for them to be their own selves within their own world while upon the face of the. It’s always funny seeing two people who know a lot about the same thing try and show who knows more 😂
