अविनाश धर्माधिकारी यांचा भारताच्या सामाजिक ईतिहासाचा अभ्यास जबरदस्त आहे. आपल्या स्वतंत्र दृष्टीने ते त्याचे विश्लेशणही सुंदर ओघावत्या वक्तृत्वंशैलीत
मांडतात.
पण या व्याख्यानात त्यांनी संस्थानांच्या विलनीकरणाबाबतचा मुद्दा मांडताना सर्व संस्थानिकांच्या भूमिकांचे तपशील व त्यावेळी घडलेल्या घटनांचे कथन सविस्तर आणि सत्याला धरून केले असले तरी काश्मीरचा मुद्दा मांडताना मात्र त्यांनी जे प्रतिपादन केले आहे की, "राजा हरि सिंहांना स्वतंत्र राष्ट्र हवे होते आणि ते भारतात विलनीकरणास तयार नव्हते" हे मात्र सत्य नाही.
सत्य हे आहे की, सन 1930 -31 साली लंडन येथे भरलेल्या गोलमेज परिषदेत राजा हरि सिंह यांनी संस्थानिक राजांचे प्रतिनिधी म्हणून बोलताना भारतीय स्वातंत्र्यलढ्याचा अभिमानाने उल्लेख करून जम्मू- काश्मीर हे माझे राज्य नव्या स्वतंत्र भारताचा भाग होणे हे माझ्यासाठी गौरवाचे असून या देशाच्या भूमीवरील प्रेमासाठी मी ते माझे कर्तव्यच समजतो" असे म्हटले होते. याशिवाय 1947 च्या मार्च ते जुलै या कालखंडातील विलनीकरण कारवाईत सहभागी होण्यासाठी त्यांनी प्रस्ताव प्रत्यक्ष दिल्ली दरबारी सादर करण्यासाठी आपल्या विशेष प्रतिनिधीला पाठवले होते.
पण नेहरूंनी तो प्रस्ताव यासाठी स्वीकारला
नाही की, त्यांचे मित्र शेख अब्दुल्ला यांना पंत प्रधान करावे, अशी अट त्यांनी घातली होती आणि ती राजा हरि सिंहांना मान्य नव्हती.
तरी या संदर्भातला इतिहास आणि पुरावे हेच सांगतात की, केवळ शेख अब्दुल्लाच्या हाट्टापायी, त्याचा समावेश प्रशासनात प्रमुखपदी करण्यासाठी नेहरूंनी राजा हरि सिंह यांना पेचात पकडले. दिल्लीत झालेल्या संस्थानिकांच्या मिटींगचे आमंत्रण त्यांना देण्याचे टाळले. त्यांचा विलनीकरण प्रस्ताव दिलेल्या मुदतीत स्वीकारला नाही अशात-हेने काश्मीरप्रश्न नंतर संयुक्त राष्ट्र परिषदेत गेला आणि आणखी गुंतागुंतीचा झाला. आजतागायत ती जखम चिघळतेच आहे.

Yeaa, i think that papers were the truth about the muslim people and some secrets...and If Abul Kalam Azad had published those papers while they were alive, they would have been buried alive. So he told them to publish the papers after death ( My opnion )
