Ingredients:
Basmati rice - 1 glass (200 gm approx.)
Boiled eggs- 4
Boiled potato- 2 (optional)
Onion- 5
Tomato- 1
Green chilli- 3
Ginger paste -1/2 tsp
Garlic paste - 1tsp
Mint leaves -1/3 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/3 cup
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
Shahi biryani masala - 3 tsp
Curd - 3 tbsp
Cooking oil- 5 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Water - 1.25 glass
Saffron/food colour
Mace, dry red chilli, clove, bay leaves, cinnamon, black caradamom

Hi Mam, is one whistle on high flame is enough and 1.25 cup water for 1 cup rice is enough?Small doubt so many said we need 2 cups of water and 3-4 whistles plz can u calrify
