Anda Biryani Egg Biryani अंडा बिरयानी खाना सबको बहुत पसंद होता है पर उसे बनाना बहुत भारी काम लगता है.... मेरे इस वीडियो में देखेंगे की मैंने इस बनाने का बहुत हे आसान और परफेक्ट तरीका बताया है, ऐसे आप कढ़ाई या पैन पे ३० मिनट में बना सकते है और खाने में होटल का स्वाद भी फीका लगेगा आपको :)
Preparation time -30 minutes
Serving - 3
Ingredients :
Eggs - 6
Rice -1.5 cups
Onions - 4
Tomato -1
Curd -1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
Black cardamom -1
Cinnamon stick 0-1 inch
Green chilli-2
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder -1 tsp
Biryani masala powder - 2.5 tsp
Food colour (red/orange)- 1 pinch (optional)
Saffron soaked in milk -1 tbsp
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Ghee -1 tbsp
Cooking oil-1/4 cup
Salt to taste

Mam a small suggestion for you,at the beginning when you added a spoon of salt,chilli powder and turmeric with spoon it might not spread evenly to all the eggs , instead take a tea strainer and add the salt ,chilli powder and turmeric at once and shake the tea strainer such that it get sprinkled all over them evenly. Hope you got what I said 😊BTW recipe is awesome 😃
