Thank you so much for your kind words! It’s truly heartwarming to see appreciation for Ghardaia and the Beni Mzab region. Their status as a World Heritage site is indeed a testament to Algeria’s rich history and cultural significance. We join you in hoping for continued protection and prosperity for Algeria. May it remain a beacon of heritage and beauty in the world.
Great video, showing respect to the community rules and culture without judging is very much appreciated, Ghardaia is an ancient, conservative and eco friendly city and people lived like this for centuries. It's a pleasure to see. I'm glad you enjoyed it😊 greetings from Perth
Great video! Ghardaia is fascinating, and the architecture and culture make for a great visit. A restful place. I once stayed there for a week and could have stayed for much longer to absorb the atmosphere. I stayed in a great traditional pension in the palmerie. People are so warm. In fact, I have visited Algeria, from Botswana, four times and been all over the country to Hoggar, Tassili n'Ajjer and. travelled with the Tauregs. And all the oases. Must go there again!
Thank you for your comment and for sharing your experiences! It sounds like you’ve had some truly incredible adventures in Algeria. Ghardaïa is indeed a special place, and staying in the palmerie must have been unforgettable. Algeria is such a vast and beautiful country with so much to offer. I hope I’ll get the chance to visit again soon! Thanks for watching and supporting the channel! 🤗

You should go to Tlemcen! If you know about Mousillini and the Fascists being kicked out of Libya by Umar Mukhtar, he was actually part of a Sufi school in Tlemcen whose leader was named "Muhammad ibn Yusuf as-Sanussi", which is why the first leader of Libya after the Italians retreated was an Algerian.. Also the region has great spiritual energy, just like Ghardaia. I hope you enjoyed your stay!
