PTR S4: Algeth'ar Academy M+10, Resto Shaman

Well, 10 is the new 20! Early days but the changes here do not seem to be significant, may be they are even for the worse. We'll wait and see but this might be one of the better dungeons in Season 4 of Dragonflight considering how bad some of the other dungeons are.
