We all get it you can't upload as often or as long, we appreciate it greatly any time you do upload anything and we are here to support you whether it's a 2 hour vlog or a 20 minute one.

As a Scot, I can confirm we would love you 💜 I got on so much better with exercise when I switched from cardio to weights. I love any length of vlog from you, so take as many breaks from filming as you need, taking care of yourself is more important 💜

I love what you said about being upset about not being able to reach unachievable reading goals. I feel like Goodreads and social media sets unrealistic expectations about how much we "should be" reading. I too get upset but have been working on not caring and I feel like separating myself from those people and saying "that's not me" has really helped me to stop caring as much. I love your videos!

My Mom is from Scotland and all of my family still lives there. I’ve been there a lot and I can tell you Scottish people would love you! They are nice to everyone. If I was in a different situation I would move there in a heartbeat! You would love it there.

I’m so happy you’re going on this fitness journey. I’ve been going through my fitness journey also for a couple months now. I don’t have any real goals set in place I’m just having fun.
17.43 mins in. I did this myself. I wasn't great in the car. I had a really long journey coming up. After half an hour I literally gave myself a sticker in my sketchbook. Each sticker represented £1 towards art supplies. I did two 9 hour journeys! X
I have the same fitness goal! It’s fun to feel strong. If you enjoy weights and want some cardio in it as well, I would recommend trying a CrossFit gym! They’re usually great communities and a fun way to build strength and endurance at the same time. Also, every single thing is scalable to whatever level you’re at when you go

I know this is from a while ago, but! High-protein vegetarian meals:
Breakfasts - tofu scramble; avocado toast with egg (use a low carb bread if you want!); protein shake (which I saw you already have, but you could also make your own with protein powder if you want!); oatmeal (this maaaay be too high carb, ymmv); eggs in literally any way possible tbh
Entrees - sweet and sour tofu (or literally any sort of tofu stir fry with veggies and a fun sauce); bean bowls (like you did with the Chipotle bowl lol); literally anything with beans or lentils tbh (chili, sloppy joes, bean burgers). Nuts and seeds also have a bit of protein, and they offer healthy fats as well, if you want a higher protein snack :)

I lift to murder my anxiety haha For the weight lifting girlies: I gotchu! TLDR training safely plan.
1: start each workout with big muscles (butt, thighs, biceps etc), then move to baby muscles.
2: do WAY less weight than you think. Form is more important than weight. "Strong" app is free and is a good tracker.
3: Stretch before and after! Also walk after leg day to help move Lactic Acid so you aren't too sore later ❤

Regarding washing clothes, I started washing workout clothes separately and without fabric softener after I ruined my bf shorts lol and my friend told me to always read the label since the fabric is sensitive, and is mostly washed at low temp without softener (dry fit and similar types).

I got the beetle juice happy planner bundle for 2025, it’s my first time trying HP , I was a bujo girly for years.
My brain goblins like to sabotage me too. I like to make myself to-do lists the night before that are all attainable things, then I’ll add one thing that’s big. Ex., unload dishwasher, read for 20 minutes, stretch for at least 5 minutes. Then I’ll add *optional* go to grocery store. It makes me feel like I’ve accomplished something in my day when I get to physically check it off the list
Ok two things: printer-eco tank, 100%! Lifting/macro girlies 🙋🏻♀️ I literally am so excited to hear you say “I just wanna be strong” because GIRRLLLL lemme tell you, I’ve been lifting for about 12 years (with a break when I had my kids) and it’s kinda addicting 🤭 I love seeing the numbers on my weights go up. Such a different experience than when you are watching scale numbers go down! I was able to deadlift 245lbs a couple weeks ago & hit the 50lb dumbbells for reps now!! Anywhoo, just warning you it can become a fun little game with yourself hahaha but yes it makes you feel so good! Strong bookish girlies are taking over 🙌🏼🤌🏻 OH! Protein. I’m TELLING YOU. Right now. Nonfat Greek yogurt and LF cottage cheese are my secret weapons 🤫 I add them to everything I can! I make protein queso dip with cottage cheese & a dessert with both the yogurt and the cottage cheese! It sounds weird but it’s my actual favorite 😂
After you cut the avocado in half, take your knife, leave it in the position like you’re going to cut something slam it into the pit of the avocado and then turn your knife to the side and lift it up. The pit will stick to the knife and that way you can go ahead and slice your avocado or peel it or whatever you want to do, it’s a lot easier than trying to cut your avocado away from the pit. Let me know how it works.

for printers i use an epson ecotank, it was kind of expensive (although i guess printers are in general) but it has tanks for the ink instead of cartridges so it lasts a really long time. I use it a couple times a week and have yet to run out of ink (going on about 3 years now)
