Great space and entertainment areas. The flow, design and architecture of the house could have been better.
I agree. That kitchen layout is not designed right. I wonder if they use an Architect to design the home?
This house is bizarre, the architect deserves a flogging. From the entrance those windows make me think of a scarecrow or the canteen at my primary school in the country. This house has the appearance like it's in mourning as to what it could have been. Who designs a house where you need more than just a step ladder to access the kitchen cupboards? The exterior - placement of those windows and doors is so, so uninspiring. And that dark marble or whatever that is in the bathroom, simply grotesque. You'd have to come with the "right!" furniture and a sense of esthetics to make this a home. And even then. The house is Bland and the landscape is slap-dash. But think in the hands of a creative designer what you could have done with this space. You could have dug out the mountain and place the house in such a manner that it is only partially visible from the street and then place trees along the path to a sunken garage that would be at the side of the building in a half moon setting invisible from the road. Take nothing away from your presentation but this is a hard sell, i'd be reluctant to live here even at half the price, there is no beauty in this space and to return here each evening and on the weekends? Only out of necessity
My sentiments exactly, no curb appeal, and the interior definitely needs a better layout. Mind you the price is comparable to any home of this size in the US and Toronto ( actually way more in T.O.) ... I personally wouldn't consider this as a home -- LAWD the washroom alone is scary.

I do not understand why it is not furnished. $372,000K JMD/month, this is for foreign travellers. It should be furnished.
I could see locals renting this tbh, it's way more affordable than buying, no way your mortgage on this home would be $372k/month jmd, could be double or even triple tbh.

The views from the terraces are to die for. Nice home, but I am confused by the design and flow. Inside so much white, it’s sterile, then you go into a black themed bathroom. Maybe I’m too old and this is the new thing. Great job as always Properly Viewers.

The layout of this house is ridiculous. Every room is more spacious than the secondary bathroom. The primary bathroom is scary. One needs a very tall ladder to access the top cupboards of the kitchen. Perhaps it will make sense when furnished and lived in.

No, no and no. The stairs everywhere make it inaccessible and too much work, the kitchen is bizarre those mirrored units and silver backdrop will give you a migraine, the natural light is nice and views are lovely but the white everywhere looks bland. Master bedroom design is awful and the shared balcony with the tarmac flooring is another strange feature. It's funny how a home half the size can rent for the same money in a location like Richmond or Drax Hall
Agreed. Also the upper cabinets in the kitchen will require a giant to reach them, very impractical.
Someone once spent a lot of money on this house, looking at it now it looks like a waste. They need a good architect to fix this 😢 You did a great job advertising it though, you could sell ice to the Icelandics.
