Since he finally has a more established ambush role with the grab and sufficating bite, he is worth it in my opinion.
Until all the dinos u can grab has slick feathers.
@@frank2510since he isn’t easy to play? Whered you get that from? It’s more often the case when you see people express their opinions on sarco, they list off his failure to play like a crocodile rather than how “strong” he is on a meta standpoint. People generally want to be a crocodile when they pick the crocodile and not a guy that just makes a really god damn loud audio cue for his big hit then “ambushes” (is it even an ambush when you can hear it coming from a mile away and know which direction you need to run to avoid the ambush.) the idiot who didn’t turn down their “lo fi beats to quest to” playlist when they went to drink.
@@PreacherS175I was gonna say once the hype dies down it's super situational but tbh since perks can be switched out on a whim you're right.
@@chrisr4066 I agree it’s going to be a toss up between Resilient Scales or Slippery Scales to most creatures and probably 100% slippery feathers with the raptors.
Imo it’s worth growing if your playing to just have fun , but competitively the sarco is no longer worth growing (for those who enjoy PvP) I suggest they grow a spino instead. Given the fact the sarc is the slowest , least health and slowest semi atm with zero safe way to recover stam in water. Ppl will say use the new bite but u think u can land that on a skilled spino who is now faster than you?
Feel like sarco should have 3 head slots to able to add on cause you can’t really gain stam while goin backwards anymore. I know it doesn’t make sense to gain stam goin backwards but still, feel like it would be a lot better if you could have clamp, normal bite and charged bite on or another mix up etc. Love these series btw 🔥
These new mechanics make this game seem way, way more fun. I'll have to jump back in.
Sarco's stamina regen seems like a tough sell, though.
Sarcos are patient ambush predators, ofc their stamina is gonna be bad they stay in one spot and wait for food to get thirsty 😂
They need to speed up the grab bite animation skilled players can back away before that animation finishes. Also, why can't you bite on a target that's in your mouth? I feel like it's one step forward two steps back with Sarco. 400 hp is sad for sarcos health.
It should be able to bite by shaking it’s head by using any bite button that’s not clamp bite
Solo player here new to the game, just started growing a Sarco. The gratification once fully grown with the all black skin will be very satisfying. Wish there are more videos on official servers.

the sarcos health needs to atleast be buffed a little more since it has the same health as a CERATO. and it needs its stam and stam regen fixed too
If they could have the original idea of the clamp that would be perfect aka anything below your combat weight can be grabbed
I got this game on my ps5 a few weeks ago. Been playing a land dino this whole time. Didn’t realize how much more was going on in the water lol
Also I noticed that metris are bigger than alios now, before they were the same size as conc. And they took 2 group slots instead of 3.
I have never played sarco and I’ve been playing over a year I might actually grow on now with new aquatics the oceans will be more populated and the grab attack looks fun
For this kind of gameplay it looks really fun. I think what I would say though is in the officials, that low health makes you vulnerable when you’re out of stamina, and a death in Panjura sends you away from the Great Lake to a far flung corner of the map that’ll take forever to return from and leaving you massively vulnerable whilst you travel at snail speed and quest to get back to adult. I think I need to try a Sarco in Gondwa for that reason 🤔
Much overdue update to rejuvenate the game 👍
I think the reason pvp servers are changing is cause of the new aquatic combined with how they finally made raptors viable so you don’t just see a bunch of mid to apex level Dino’s fighting eachother
I grew a sarco on a server I play that has the deino in it so I made a straight speed build to be able to get away from those pesky deinos and use it for pure ambush

Combination of grab and the other one can't remember the name but the one that drains stam and oxygen is amazing I grab people take them far out in the water give a few bites of the oxygen and stam draining bite and let them drown great fun

I think the sarco is worth growing, He’s fun to play as when I had path of Titians, I am thinking of reinstalling but I am waiting until newer updates come

LOVE watching these videos and honestly been so addicted i cant take it anymore! I want to get intot the animal survival games. With that being said Which do you think is the best to get? I know PoT is Dinos and Primal Earth is Animal BUT far as what they offer and what they have and how they play which would u possibly predict to be better if you HAD to choose...or is there something even better? Thinking of buyin in the next few hours :D

I have a question do you think the hartti Sarco is the best from the all sarcos because hartti have more speed that’s why I’m choose him
Some of the dinosaurs have their builds changed from the update too. Latentrix, kentro and so on. So whatever dino you had that was defense build changed to something else,same for speed build too.

Another great video in the beginning of the 3.0 series 🙌. I had a silly question. Are Dino’s at their combat weight at sub adult? I’m a bit confused at which stage they are at their full cw, and intern their skills at their max dmg. Because the cw directly affects the damage.
Like I main sucho it has same cw as Sarco so could my sub adult kill the adult sarco because it’s at the normal cw? Or does that happen only at adult stage? Thanks so much 🙏

New official Dino probably won’t be until another 6-12 months

@@Dr0maeosaur sarco can carry any Dino thats 3000 combat weight or below. That goes for baby’s and adolescents aswell
