A couple of quick comments...
1 - that's no "basement" in the traditional sense of the word. Wow... that's an incredible "lower level". ;-)
2 - those lights on the main floor are not "scones"... LOL Sconces. You're welcome. No charge. LOL
3 - that front laneway seems a little off to me when put against the elegant home. It seems underwhelming. But that said... still an amazing property. And the pool/patio area makes up for the front!!!
You guys are awesome. Love the interaction, the creative intros (and choice of music). I love the walkthrough, not too slow, not too fast, and just the right amount of detail.
Looking forward to the next one.
LOL, I mentioned sconces in a previous video. However I have to give the brothers credit, they've always adjusted and updated to using the correct terms in future videos.

Freut mich sehr, dass Ihr wieder zu zweit seid - viel authentischer und eben Eurer spezieller Stil. Besten Dank für die sehr informative und unterhaltsame Präsentation! Das Anwesen hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Aufteilung und Größe der Räume wäre für mich perfekt. Auch die vielen Fenster und Glastüren sind sehr schön und lassen viel natürliches Licht in den Innenraum. Garten und Lage sind auch sehr gut. Nun müsste man noch wissen, was es kostet die Villa zu mieten ... 🤔
Wir haben bis jetzt alle Videos zusammen gefilmt 😅 ab und zu sind eben die Spiegel zu klein im den großen Patrick zu zeigen 🤪

Last comment... I love how you Spaniards know that you do NOT need a giant TV on every wall. So many of the luxury homes in North America put too much focus on TV life. I get the feeling that TVs are just a backup to real life in Spain/Europe. Which is the way it should be.

Nice house, feel very comfortable. The floor pattern is chevron, not herringbone. Chevron creates a straight line where the two planks join, herringbone overlaps the planks.

Its actualy fishbone.French style,Im a master carpenter joiner for 40 years.Chevron is a military symbol.But like so many things today.they like to call things different.then for some reason everyone thinks thats what its called.Were did bespoke come from to make it sound designed.Words given to sell things.@@TheMarobrothers
