Nice to see Patrick this week my week is now back to normal. The house is a nice one I liked the living room and dinning room ........ Let's just say I was not to much on the bedrooms but the rest of the place is really nice. Sorry I am use to having my bedroom with lots of room. Hope you are having a good week guys and Patrick thank you for being there this week you always make my week when I see you in the videos even if it is for a brief second. You guys may not always agree with each other but you both compliment each other you can not have one without the other and that is what makes it Marobrothers be happy not many families are like that you and your family have a gift in itself not many families are that close. A lot of reasons why I continue watching the show and that is a huge reason why I really admire you all at Marobrothers even though the job you have is not easy and some times very hard and though I am not there in person I just wanted to tell you guys that you and your family are very exceptional people. :) xoxoxo

€11M and the neighbours are three feet away. That's not going to get annoying with the surround sound music and children are loud when they're playing. A lot of money for what is little more than a semi-detached really. Very nice place though.
One of the best homes I’ve seen, and the amount of detail is amazing, every inch of the house is perfect, I would only remove the wardrobe doors to make it look like a real walk in closet, and the price is really good, in LA or Miami this house would go above $50 million
Inter-brother banter welcomed and love how Patrick keeps his bro in check when he gets carried away - light therapy and a sea that never cools… 😂 Often houses at this price point can seem vacuous, but this was warm and homely + excellent quality throughout.
I would not be watching your videos without the brotherly banter, so keep it up! It’s what makes your channel so good (and Enes is probably realizing just now the mistake he seems to have made with Mikey - whatever it is that these two guys are going through at the moment).
Don’t know. It’s very strange. A lot of his followers are asking him about Mikey, but he is not replying to any of these comments. And Mikey is keeping quiet as well on his Instagram account. I’ll leave them alone for now. Hopefully they can work out their differences, because I have really enjoyed their videos for the past couple of years. However, if they cannot find a way to continue together, then I think the channel is done for. Only works when they do it together, in the same way that it is working so well for you guys.

This is by far one of my favorite homes that you was show on your Chanel. Only one think is missing. At this pricepoint I wish to have an elevator. Or the option to build it in. The rest is wonderful. Great ans so beau.

Very nice. Design feature rich everywhere, never a simple solution and harmonious and pleasantly sophisticated. Free standing tub with a view, concealed door hinges. Clearly some Los Angeles inspiration, curious choice to have an oversized gas cooker like in USA and the choice of Gaggenau is also very LA :). Solid view and they even arranged a nice climate. I'm not sure about the name they chose for the house but that can quickly be changed and never spoken of again :) There should be buyers for this house.
This home is BONKERS! WoW! Great video again, gents. Take this home and drop it in California and it's 5 to 8x the price. These are really "dreamy" properties. I say that because building something like this in Ottawa, Canada, where I am, would make absolutely NO sense. But what I love is saving these videos to take all the "best of" features that CAN be constructed in my climate. Thanks again, Team Marobrothers. Looking forward to the next one.

The only... and I do mean ONLY thing missing is privacy. Perhaps not so much in the daytime when it's more difficult to see inside the home... But at night, with the lights on, the home becomes an illuminated fishbowl for all around to look into. I suppose if you paid an extra MIL, they could have built this home elsewhere to solve that issue. And by issue... well, that's a first-world issue. 🙂

That kitchen is as small as the one in my apartment with no counter space. The only issue I see is 11MM with a tiny kitchen and no chef kitchen
