Thank you Deborah. Lisa, the Nurse Midwife, her van was a transit. The one with the full shower. This is a short one though and we are really watching the cost. Fun build, thanks for always following. Sunday's video will show the ceiling, it's awesome.
Excellent work, Jonnie. Now I want to install a swivel...but on what? Maybe the lawnmower?! Wait, I downsized, no more lawnmower. Anyway, love watching the process. Great video. Peace.
You're in luck.... the Promaster does not need grinded. super easy install. getting the airbag and seatbelt wires loose from the harness is the hardest part. LOL
I mean, that looks easy enough. The problem is. You ALWAYS make it look easy. Then there are people like us aaaaaahahaha! I'm just guessing if we were trying to do it, some bolt wouldn't come out or holes wouldn't line up or something. And I can totally see forgetting the wires. You did a great job. Not surprisingly.
Well, if I ever get a Ford Transit van...I know how to do this! I gotta ask...why is there a wire attached under seats? I noticed this putting seat covers on and wondered. They aren't power adjustable seats. Just curious!
Two things. If there is only one wire it is typically the seat belt sensor... the one that senses when someone is sitting in the seat and beeps until you put the belt on. two lines is a seatbelt sensor and the second the airbag line. This is why you always disconnect the battery before messing with them. don't want the air bag to incorrectly sense and blow. That's a call to the client I never want to make. 😂❤️
Awesome! Plenty to consider, like seat belt position and having to remove a half inch from bottom of seat so would clear. Glad you showed us. I would've thought I messed up big time, but you just went right to the solution! 👍
How did you trim the plastic on seat? Also what is update on new shop? I can hear why the neighbors would be mad with all the tools sounds. Did you every think of renting a storage place or check into an industrial space? I know a couple of places I had to go and get work done and they were in a storage places. Just wondering.
I did look into renting a few places, both places were over 2000 a month. There are several storage spots here and none of them allow you to do work out of the unit. Still looking for land. On the swivel I ended up marking the 1/2 inch line I wanted and used a oscillating tool.
@@JonniesJourney Wow! 2k a month. Didn't know it was that much. How about sound proofing the area? I'll try to ask around next time I go to one of those business. That tool is very useful. Keep up the good work. We are learning a lot from your insight.
Dr Jonnie at her best, again 😁
🙂😀❤ thank you Judith.

😂 Barbara might have put a stop to the lawnmower...😂thanks Ricky, much appreciated
Takes some time but this looks like a good option for a swivel seat. Trimming the plastic at the bottom was a good idea. Thanks for sharing Jonnie!
Thanks Steve, appreciate it. 🙂
I thought this looked simple until you pulled out the grinder! 😂 I still need to order a passenger swivel seat.

Thank you so much Felix.
Nice install Jonnie! 👍🤗
Thanks 👍
That's such a cool invention to convert the seat. Nice job installing Jonnie
It absolutely is.
Great how to! Loved all the details
Thanks Kel
That is such a great invention 😀😀😀😀😀 great job and awesome presentation as always ❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you friend ❤️❤️❤️. It's very low profile which will be the win for many people look for a swivel.
Nice work! Love the swivel seats!
Thanks Harold
Thumbs up. Have a good weekend.
Thanks Michael, you too
Great informative video! That is what I need in my little car. The Yukon has a running board so it is easy to get in and out of with no problems.
thanks Floss. This one needs running boards for sure. LOL
Wish my drivers seat was able to swivel but it sits lower than the main floor.. Excellent DYI Jonnie!
Thank you Gracie. 😀❤
Sweet!
Thanks Mark. very low profile is the win
Good video!
Thank you 🙂

The mystery solved! Thanks, Jonnie!❤️

Thank you friend. I appreciate you
By the time you finished I was hearing Ray Charles singing Twist It with the Blues Brothers… You “do it right”… Thanks for sharing the build…
🤣🤣🤣 thank you friend
Good video. The swivel fit nicely. Do you ever use lock tight nuts when constructing things in a build?
The four mounting ones were lock nuts. I don't use the locktite unless it comes with the bracket. But....sure it would add that added protection.

This swivel project on the drivers seat was a little involved! Great job getting it done. ✌️💛🤗
Yes it was LOL... thanks friend ❤️
@@JonniesJourney you are truly welcome 😊!
Very cool! You always figure it out and make it work. Nice job! Thanks for sharing! I hope you and Kelly have a great and safe 4th of July!
Thanks Angela. Hopefully this will help others. Happy 4th to you all.
You make this look easy. But we know it takes time.
Amen it does. Lol
Another great job.
Thanks Les
