@Ray Prine there are obvious issues with such a rule! Maybe require a pitch speed limit of 60mph or so. That guy could throw 94 and he was just floating it in. But sometimes teams use all their pitchers up and some players can pitch well. 2 way players such as Shohei Ohtani

Maybe this will help too, I was at a game a couple nights ago and kept randomly criticizing his kneecaps from the bleachers in Wrigley instead of telling me to pipe down, he would strategy his knees in between innings and Kevin kiermaier came over and asked me what I thought of his kneecaps 😂😂

@@MTB-ENG exactly. First pitch heater after all that set-up was hilarious. Plus he throws mid 90s and he's not a pitcher. Too many heaters could potentially be dangerous for the batters and probably the last thing he wants to do is hit someone with it.

It's one of the problems with sports... The over competative alpha( they think they are alphas still) males who didn't make it past the little league level of sports and now feel they can berate others who are clearly superior athletes. These people ruin games for other fans.

Then when their brains don't develop properly( or they are just low IQ in general) they lose the edge against smarter alphas and even other children. Then they hit the phase when they start running into real alphas that outmatch them physically as well as mentally and their ability that was easy against kids that are picking flowers in the outfield seems to be gone. This is a huge blow to the ego of these people and they need to direct their anger somewhere, so why not at the people that made them feel like a failure. The worst is when these types are at children's sporting events.

I thought they were funny. I laughed when he called out the brush back pitch on a 47 mph floater that got a little up and in. If you watch enough baseball those announcers were still doing the job they are supposed to and adding some humor by actually trying to take it seriously. That's just my opinion though.
