They aren’t wearing hats in their ID photos bc you’re not supposed to wear hats when you’re having your ID photo taken as it can obstruct facial features. You can check the info on their appearance in the folders on the right. It will mention whether or not they wear a hat

The like "--/----" is when the id expires!! Meaning that the id is valid until that date! So "07/1965" would be a valid expiration date but something like "01/1954" would be wrong because the id had already expired and is no longer valid‼️
