For the crates I think you should add a crane on the opposite side of the submarine to load the crate
I'd say put a water cannon there. Doesn't use much space but is always useful and you can just simply pump the water directly from the ocean.
Put stabilization system otherwise it might flip/tilt because weight of Submarine And most importantly ladder to climb on the ship

How do you select a big area with the selection grid without using the resize grid thing? And you removed a white line at 6:30 (havent seen the rest of the vid writing now so i dont forget)
