For just about every technology we have a working scaled down model. How come we dont have a working model of the Falcon landing? All other techs and planes and rockets and such we have working models of. Like anything we test and develop including drones. I highly question the landing of the Falcon rocket as the weight and speed it comes down in vs the "fins" to balance that have no thrusters cannot align the craft to land. It looks physically impossible. And since we have only a SINGLE angle footage of the landing from the ground, it makes it even more difficult to tell what is happening. With drones selling so well, you would think a scaled down version with the landing tech would be all over the market selling in high demand.

Once they are in space, they will explode and open into pieces of 2, exposing the payload to the vacuum of space.
