This video was so inspirational. I love how you say life goes on no matter if we want it to and we have to die. Honestly, with you describing your grief makes me see how couples don't last after they tragically lose a child. Your partner has to be there for you or it will fall apart. Also, you did tell us in a vlog that you're mad at the world and sometimes it translates with how you react with family. And I get it. I can't imagine how traumatic it is to lose a child....I hear it's the worst pain to go through. So, I'm sorry people couldn't understand that and give you grace and support. Your feelings and experience are valid and nobody should make you feel otherwise.

I purchased a walking pad last month and I’m obsessed. I’ve watched A few of your vlogs while walking💜. I’m good about going on walks and doing my workouts but this is really helping me get more steps in when I would usually be sitting and watching tv. I agree- Meal prep is a game changer too. I’ve been doing factor meals for my dinners since January and it’s been great . It’s amazing how much better you feel all around when you’re intentional with your wellness. Cheers to us all making better decisions 👏🏾

Hey Nikki 💜 I agree that a lot of comments on social media are SUPER negative ! 💔 But I’ve noticed that it’s not just our “skin-folk” that do it. I think we see hate from people who look like us the most because we are navigating a lot of the same spaces. We tend to want to follow pages that SEEM to create a community of ppl with shared experiences. The problem is the environment that these platforms create and what they allow. There’s been a noticeable surge in negativity across the board! 😔 It’s crazy.
It is just us mostly. I follow all races and we are the only ppl that prey on ppl downfalls and etc. it’s sad

hey my lit auntie, i just want to say i commend any mother that has lost a child. i’m not sure how my mom does it after my brother passed away you guys are strong. i think it’s her knowing she was an amazing mother and she did what she needed to do to raise a child. me on the other hand i wanted to stay home in my bed and not contribute to society i wanted to waste away. and its extra hard for me especially this month my birthday is the 11th he passed away 11 days later. it’s like where do i go from here it’s no way i can live my best life on my birthday and then turn around a few days later an mourn the loss of my brother. i’m going through survivors remorse.
but yes i said all of that to say i watch you, i love you, i don’t look too deep into your life you give us what you want us to have. 👀 we don’t wnna see that man 😂 naw im just playing auntie Plat keep living, keep having fun. we’ll be here for the ride.

I know exactly what you talking about using your hormones it made me feel so much better when my period used to give me the business!!! I had stage 4 cervical cancer when I was 24 had surgery in the military they messed me up took my cervix and my period was coming off my uterus I would have huge clots, I felt like I was having a baby every month, I was going through menopause all that!!! I couldn’t take it no more my period finally stopped honey I ran to my gynecologist and told him I need a hysterectomy I had everything else taken out except my ovaries It’s been two and half years now and I feel sooo much better it was a life saver for me so honey I understand where you comin from!!!!☺️🥰😘😘😘

Yes when I lost my son I didn’t get the grace . And I had just left a relationship that I was in for 12 years and I was asked to find a place to go not even six months after he was gone and I suffered and I just going and went to work harder. My children was going through it and They looked for me to fix them . God is the truth. And 8 years later I’m like I got to take care of me. Yes that expected it.
