After putting one of these in my 2012 Miata MX5, I figured my new 2018 Audi S5 Predigest Cabriolet wouldn't be too bad. I checked the pictures and the manual before buying. I think there's something that the folks who wrote the documentation didn't know. if you have the Prestige Package... you get a 700watt Amplifier with the upgraded system that blocks all the ports. I had to pull the amp out (which blocks access with a harness, but didn't actually require me to unplug anything), and then do it by feel. I'm not sure if I could have pulled it off if I didn't have the experience of doing it with my Miata about 5 years ago. If I didn't have small hands, long arms, and a lot of comfort patiently doing things by feel... it would have gone badly. I still got it done in under 30min, and I knew (from prior install) to push things until they "Click" to ensure everything is seated. Worked right the 1st time. That big empty space in your manual to the left of the fuses is not "big and empty" in all package combinations. I gets downright jam packed with an amp and (it looks like) a solid state hard drive or something.
