When you drill the shelf pin holes, use some painters tape to avoid a majority of that tear out.
Doing it slowly and step by step would have been easier like you say !!!

I hope you are not installing that in somebody’s kitchen or house. That would be a good shop cabinet but you should not depend on Kreg for all of your joints. I only use kreg to make face frames. Do not depend on this for holding the whole thing together. It’s not a strong joint. At all. Stick to glue and nails. Or be an actual woodworker and learn some joinery so you can be proud of your work and people will be proud to have your work. Building cabinets like this, you should just go work in a factory. And I also hope you are not charging the same price for kreg cabinets. You are ripping people off if you charge more than 150/ft for kreg cabinets.
