1st time to cry in a BL series.The script makes me wanna stay here and continue to watch until the end of this series. The acting of the mother is superb. I wanna see the real reaction and how she say every word that was written on the script. I'm not related in any film drama but as a viewer, I'm always expecting a scene that will catch my attention and this series gave it to me. The lead actor gave justice in the role as Damon and even if he covered almost the entire episode 1, the portrayal made the audiences felt the emotions. This series gives you hope that no matter how hard life would be, it reminds you that there's always be a new beginning tomorrow. Kudos to the writer, director and all the staff. 👌💪 Looking forward to more exciting scene of this series!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’ve been there and my depression is still an impact but I’ve made it through the dark times. I’m a mental health wellness advocate and trained peer counselor. I work every day, hour, minute to hold on to the hope that I can recover! I learned to support myself the most!
I can totally relate!!! This story seemed to be cut out from my own experience... the way he thinks, speaks and expresses himself felt like its me 😱 except for the jumping over the bridge part... wondering what could be the ending...
I am not against the show... but how do you know it's way better? it's only the first episode. i have seen lots of series, not just BL and even from Netflix, that has promising pilot episode but goes south very quickly. As for Pinoy BL, Swap Test was my favourite... Until the 13th episode where all my respect for the show vanished. And I dont know how HIV themed series is interesting this decade since it's a really old topic. I have seen a lot of these from TV and films released in the 1990s and early 2000. It's an old pandemic and the world has moved on from it. HIV is almost like Hepa C now, although requiring a much more strict lifetime medications. Why the disease is spreading like wildfire in the country is beyond me.

I cried listening to his words in the beginning of the series, very difficult to come out of the depression but OFCOURSE one should have the courage to self motivate your self its difficult but not IMPOSSIBLE

When I comment, I do so fully aware that what I say may not apply... But I somehow still manage to find something to say that the other needed to hear...nothing so trite as "You are loved" or so useless as bringing up religion when the one I am speaking to has lost all Faith in the world. What to say isn't a solid answer, but as long as you're honest and compassionate, as well as aware of the way the other person feels...finding the right words is possible, and while I never know what I am going to say next in such situations... I trust that I can figure out how to convey what I wish to convey, in a manner they can believe in, and accept. Sometimes the best you can do, is just admit that you too, are scared, and uncomfortable... Because for someone who is experiencing something painful... Showing that you too feel the same will provide the most comfort...remember there's a saying about shared burdens...and sometimes that's actually the point. Otherwise silent support is best when you know the other person isn't ready to listen, and you yourself don't feel like you honestly can say you comprehend what they're going through... If you cannot comprehend, then whatever you say will not actually be helpful. The only person capable of resolving the problem is the one who is actually facing it after all.
While I want to complain that if they're going to show such a scene that they do it properly... I'm glad it's not being shown properly, because it means that more people can be saved in such an event... So long as there's someone who cares for them, they've a greater chance of surviving such an action doing it that way...

It would be better if they just updated the thumbnail when they do actually have it like the bigger companies that do Bl shows do. It is a little annoying when people keep asking for subtitles but I understand that if you release a video saying something is in it already when actually it would be coming later. It it quote on quote clickbait. People are expecting something but it is not there. Free or not it’s going to make their viewers a little upset.
I know despair all too well. I got to see and be with my friends through sickness and death. My partner of 20 years, positive before we met, did not die from the virus, it was complications of many other things. He was honest from the very beginning. I am not positive. I would not leave him. It is hard, getting to the point of self-love takes knowing you will be loved regardless. Steps need to be taken. Support is needed. This Ep1 takes me back to many people that I loved and cared for.
I just found it and I had to pause from 00:00 to 02:15 every word he said it’s the same I say to myself everyday.. I’m assuming his angle will come later on to save him and even tho I am just exactly what he said I always felt some power that calms me each time I just hope that becomes a person one day for me before I loose it idk how the story will go but I’ll watch it cus I can relate to this feeling 100% 😭
What's a point to notice a good series? When you're watching without subs... and focus your attention in acting, shotting and development. Even is a pilot (thanks for sharing, it's not usual and brings us "color" and brightness), hey, you know where's the place you wanna get. You know how to do your work. Congratulations. Sorry - in storytelling you need to understand what the story is. It's funny that you're giving advice about how to watch without subs, when the subs that they provide are in your native language. Advertising Eng Sub and then not providing them looks unprofessional. You get one chance to make a first impression.
If I would just suggest a thing, that is to fix the audio of the videos. The plot is good, the acting is great, cinematography is on point, but the audio just needs a little improvement.

The first 3 minutes part of this episode is like me having thought about why I'm still alive and not dead, why I'm still here what is the purpose of my life having a thought of killing my self but my family is always there for me even if i don't feel that I'm not part of the for a long time and now my self is alway at my room just watching some videos and movies just to feel that I'm not lonely because my family don't understand what happen to me and movies and videos are my joys to remove my anxiety to think killing my self, being lonely is my thing.

It's probably because they say there's Eng Sub but there's not. People don't like being lured to click on something under false pretenses.

The first 3 minutes part of this episode is like me having thought about why I'm still alive and not dead, why I'm still here what is the purpose of my life having a thought of killing my self but my family is always there for me even if i don't feel that I'm not part of the for a long time and now my self is alway at my room just watching some videos and movies just to feel that I'm not lonely because my family don't understand what happen to me and movies and videos are my joys to remove my anxiety to think killing my self, being lonely is my thing.

#MeetMyAngel Episode 1 may have started heavy and sensitive but they were able to somehow string together a promising story. Despite technicalities issues, the gem of EP1 is Kaleb. Hats off to Gio & Enzo too.
