I've recently tried making my own version of the Akshan Karma deck by running it as 3 Karma 2 Akshan 1 Sivir to have an extra wincon with the good old double attack overwhelm sivir play.

It's weird as fuck how a deck like pirate aggro which has no draw power can always ALWAYS top deck a very critical card. To the point that I think Riot rigged these cards to have a higher chance than those high cost cards. It's the sole reason why these type of deck can win easily (yes azir/irelia too holy shit those are top deck gods) Like, when was the last time you see these deck with 3 decimates in the opening hand xD Well, as someone once said 'The game was rig from the start'
