I got into a car accident in SAo Miguel in November (crazy driver). I went to Poça da Dona Beija the next day because I was so sore. Definitely helped my muscles.
Oh that's so scary! Did you get injured? I hope it wasn't serious. Yes Poça da Dona Beja is so so helpful for so many things. Even doctors recommend it.
@@lifewithrosie03 Yeah I'm scared to drive there now lol! I had just left Porto formoso plantation and some guy was drifting around a bend thinking he was cool, but lost control and smashed into my rental car. I was 1 meter from falling off a cliff! My elbow has mostly healed since then but it will never be 100%. Oh well. Still excited to go back soon!
