    Great video! :) Of course my biggest procrastination in life is going to bed! (Hate it!) And exercise is non existent! ..... The things we need the most are always the things we find hardest! (But then if these sensible & civilised things were easy, we would be an "annoying non adhd person"!) :) tehe :)

    What if your symptoms are getting too much, massively interfe with every part of your life and GPs referrals stay unanswered? And you can't afford to go private?
