Thank you for the video. I get so caught up in the practicality of eskrima, I lose sight of the meditative aspect of the carenza. Enjoyed it very much.
Amazing Solo Baston Guro Ken. I found watching and listening to this video extremely relaxing. You looked to be in a mushin / meditative state of mind, or, "walking meditation". This is my favorite video to date, just because of its effect on my mind and mood. Thanks 🤜🤛
wow, brother: Your voice is now so calming with Carenza....thank you for sharing your ideas 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽, I have a lot to learn. By the way: Carenza means in italian something like "shortage", but not in a negative way.
Beautiful! ❤
Thanks for sharing

Beautiful movement and flow.
Nice work.
This is inspiring.
Thank you for the lesson, I took a lot away from this video. Very calming to watch your expression and listen to your explanation of Carenza.

Great video! However I was wondering if you did have a literal translation for Carenza.
It is my understanding that in Cebuano the term refers to being "actively moving."
@@kenfutv THANK YOU. That is an excellent answer to my question! I have not heard that one before and it helps a lot to know it's a possible answer.
