@@rishabsingh159 अगर लोको पायलट ट्रेन चलाएगा तो SPAD भी उसी से होगा,तो नज़रिया बदलिए तब ही रेल बदलेगी। अमरनाथ यात्रा पर आतंकवादी हमले की न्यूज़ देखी होगी आपने अमरनाथ यात्रा को सुरक्षित बनाने के लिए 40000 मिलिट्री और पारा मिलिट्री फोर्स को लगाया गया था इसमें फौज के अफसर भी थे सिपाही भी थे।।और लोकल पुलिस अलग से अमरनाथ यात्रियों की सुरक्षा में तैनात थी।इन सबके बावजूद हमला हुआ और 7 श्रद्धालुओ की जिंदगी खत्म हो गई। सुरक्षा में चूक हुई मगर फिर भी सैनिको को दोषी नही माना जा सकता क्योंकि इन्ही सैनिको ने 100 में से 99 बार आतंकवादी हमलो को असफल किया और एक बार आतंकवादी अपने नापाक इरादों में सफल हो गए तो,इसमें किसी का दोषी नही कहा जा सकता। आइए अब रेलवे की बात पर एक लोको पायलट जिसने अपनी जिंदगी स्टीम इंजन से शुरू की जिसकी जन्मतिथि 1959 है,और वो 1978 से Fireman की नौकरी शुरू करता हैं।(यहां आपको व्यथा महसूस करने के लिए जन्मतिथि लिखना जरूरी था क्योंकि आजकल की generation नंबर गेम पर ही भरोसा करती हैं) जिसने 7000-8000 बार भारतीय रेल की माल गाड़ी,पैसेंजर ट्रैन ,मेल एक्सप्रेस ,राजधानी एक्सप्रेस, दुरंतो,तेजस,और अभी आपकी हमसफर नामक कई ट्रेनों को मार्च-अप्रैल की 51 डिग्री गर्मी में लू में जब आप सड़क पे नही निकलते थे तब ये लोको पायलट अपने आग की भट्टी जैसे इंजन को चलाकर आपको सुरक्षित पहुंचाता हैं, जब बारिश में इंजन के अंदर पानी आता हैं तब भी वो भीगते हुए सामने सिग्नल और पटरी को ही खोजता रहता है।सर्दी की रातों में जब जानवर भी आश्रय खोज कर उसमें छुपा रहता है तब भी ये बूढा लोको पायलट अपना घर छोड़कर इन्जिन में आता हैं inner, shirt,half sweater ,full sweater ,jacket के बाद 2 या तीन socks के साथ gloves पहनने के बाद भी सर्द हवा लगता हैं की आज जान ले लेगी ,तोह उसके बाद गर्म चादर ओढ़ कर ट्रैन चलाता हैं लोको पायलट।उसके बाद कुहासे में जहाँ अपना इन्जिन पूरा नही दिखाई देता हैं वहां सिग्नल और पटरी क्या खाक दिखेगी फिर भी अपनी छठी इन्द्रिय का प्रयोग कर ट्रैन चलाता हैं लोको पायलट उसके बाद हजारो तकलीफों को झेलते हुए सुरक्षित गंतव्य तक पहुंचाता हैं। उसकी कितनी दीवाली,होली,ईद ,रमज़ान,क्रिसमस,रक्षाबंधन, भारतीय जनमानस की सेवा में ही परिवार से दूर बीत गए। दंगे ,फसाद के बाद भी ट्रेन चलती हैं जहां सैनिक पोस्टिंग लेने से मना कर देते हैं वहां भी लोको पायलट ट्रैन ले के जाता हैं चाहे वह नक्सली बेल्ट हो या चाहे माओवादी प्रभावित इलाका हो वोह भी अकेले बिना किसी protection के,हमपर पत्थर भी चले कितनो ने अपनी जान गंवा दी कितनो ने आंखे मगर फिर भी हमने हजारो जिंदगी बचाई हॉर्न बजाकर या ब्रेक लगाकर। तो क्या 59 साल के लोको पायलट को Remove from service सिर्फ इसलिए किया जा सकता है क्योंकि उसने गलती से या human error या फिर और किसी वजह से लाल सिग्नल पार कर दिया वोह भी मात्र कुछ मीटर जिसमे रेलवे का कुछ नुकसान नही हुआ । जब 100 में से 99 बार सफल होने वाले फौजी दोषी नहीं हैं ।तो लोको पायलट ने 30 साल के करियर में लाखों बार लाल सिग्नल पर अपनी गाड़ी रोक ली थी "सरकार "बस एक बार असफल हुआ और कोई जान-माल का नुकसान भी नही हुआ तो फिर इतनी बड़ी सजा क्यों रखी गई हैं लोको पायलट के लिए। यदि यही निवारण हैं तो सब जगह गलती होने पर यही सजा हो चाहे सेना हो या judge,डॉक्टर हो या कोई भी judge अगर गलत फैसला दे तोह उसको भी remove from service हो।डॉक्टर अगर मरीज ठीक न कर पाए तो उसको भी,सेना अगर विफल हो तो भी ,अगर रेलवे अफसर भी गलती में पाए जाए तो Remove from service उनको भी किया जाए। "अगर लोको पायलट ट्रेन चलाएगा तो SPAD भी उसी से होगा तोह नज़रिया बदलिए तब ही रेल बदलेगी" सौजन्य....एक लोको पायलट

First of all you should get your facts correct..wag 12 is not the most powerful locomotive as being circulated in the social media. There is a difference between initial torque and haulage power, .in this case wag 9h, new wag 9 hh or even the conventional wag 7 s still the best performing loco. This is both with or without dpwcs where the locos are working perfectly fine in the high gradient sections with steep curves in loaded conditions on Indian railways in very large numbers. In these areas the ratio of wag 12 is almost negligible due to its bobo wheel formation resulting towards less adhesion. Wag 12 was built for dfcc. However with the present accident the structural integrity of wag 12 is doubtful as it can be seen in the videos that not only the bogies ( probably due to poor centre pivot connection) has come out, even the cattle guard section is completely damaged.. 😀😀😀😀

That will be known only after the railways commissioner of safety has probed the accident cause and make it public, which it very seldom does. I have only shared my observations on the attributes of both the locomotives. This is as because sizeable part of your video highlights the same, reiterating the power factor of wag 12 entailing the haulage strength. This is otherwise doubtful once again, honestly based on my objective observations that these swanky locos are yet to prove thier muscle with full loads on gradient sections. hope i am clear on my assessment. @@adr23 to inform you east central railway, inot only in Dhanbad division, barkakhana, hazaribagh sections involving steep curves has deployed extensive fleet of wag 9 hc for hauling coal with single unit and dpwcs arrangement . South Eastern railway is using the same in chakradharpur division, noamundi, barbil sections, karampada, sections as well for hauling iron ore on full load boxn, boxnhl, bobrn and even boyel. In these areas wag 12 is a non entity even in front of wag 7 from Bokaro. However, fair units of alco can still be seen 😀😀😀
