I find it funny how some character unlocks are just "oh go and complete 3 floors without getting hit" and then there are others that make you beat some dude at chess then take an exam right after finished with building a functional car out of a box of nails.
How about both players have to play blind. Each player would have to close their eyes during their turn and only be able to open them during the opponets turn.

It's a mod for Isaac. Although they've made mods into dlc before (antibirth > repentance) I'm fairly certain development on the game has stopped
