I am going to make this for Passover for my Moroccan guests. Do you think it will work as well with "pargiot" skinless and boneless chidken thighs? I am not sure.
It would be nice if you made some chicken without the onion for your dog! Chicken is healthy for dogs! Onion is not allowed for dogs! Marion, How would you like it if someone would be cooking chicken, and no one shared it with you? Many people cook for their dogs, in addition to the dog food! Your dog deserves it!
